I genuinely don’t know how this McDonald’s is still open. It’s my fault for coming here repeatedly over the last few years hoping they’d finally get it together. A quick glance and you’ll see negative review after negative review so I think there’s no more hope left after my experience tonight. I ordered my food on the app and I still waited in line for 45 minutes! The ridiculously long wait times have become a common occurrence here so if you’re in a hurry, I recommend going somewhere else.As if the 45 minute wait wasn’t bad enough, I’ve been sick since I got my barely warm Big Mac. 0/10 recommend.

Went in and ordered a happy meal and a 10 piece nugget meal with sauces. Did not receive the sauces so I went inside. Employees were too busy in their own little world to acknowledge me standing at the counter for approximately 5 minutes. It’s not like they didn’t see me either, because they definitely made eye contact with me a few times. I genuinely wouldn’t make a review like this, but what’s the point of having 8+ people back there twiddling their thumbs instead of doing their actual jobs?

Worst drive thru in the history of McDonald’s. Might as well get machines to take the orders at this point because your employees are a joke. If you wait to take peoples orders because you are lazy and incompetent the line gets longer not shorter. I recommend going to another McDonalds and not wasting your time sitting in line here.

I ordered two of the buy one get one for $1. So in total I wanted 4 double cheeseburgers.
I went to the drive-thru.. I was only given three. Is it going to wait for someone to come back to the window tell them I was missing one. Then I they close the window and and told me they would get me one that I was missing. So they gave me a squished Burger. Nice! I always have issues with this place but it’s closest to my house. Guess I’ll be going out of my way now..

The worst service I’ve ever had at a McDonalds. Was in a height-prohibitive vehicle for drive-thru, so I went inside to order. Order was taken timely, but I waited 40 min for mediocre fast food. Only 1 employee working the counter, and she rarely made an appearance. Thank goodness I won’t have to go there again. It was a sign that I shouldn’t be eating fast food anyway. Drive- thru and Door Dash orders were prioritized.

I ordered my food online at 12:20. I get to the McDonald’s. My food still wasn’t ready. They had me sit in the parking spot. I got my food finally at 12:50 when I was on a 30 minute lunch only when I asked the lady who brought my food out What was the point of me ordering the food online you have to wait she’s going to respond by saying I don’t make the food and walked away at least say sorry for waiting. Your customer service sucks there. and she said that the food was fresh and that’s the reason why it took a long time. No, my fries taste like they’ve been sitting there the burger taste like it was sitting in the pan and was heated up again.

EVERYTIME I order from this Mcdonalds on Doordash or Uber It never fails they forget 1/2 things. Im really questioning how this Mcdonalds is still doing so well considering how incompetent the staff is with completely the order correctly. I work in fast food and I know the struggles of a rush or etc but forgetting things EVERYTIME is simply outrageous, from now ill I will no longer be ordering Delivery from here, I will always go in person just to make sure everything is there.

This place is a joke. Normally don’t go to this one for that reason I stopped in because it was close, waited in line, somehow my mobile order was for inside pickup asked if I could get it from the thru was told I would have to change it, I could not, so I went inside waited for at least 10min last on front of me was waiting for a hamburger she ordered long before I got there. Finally my food came out called number employee gave me a evil look like oh you, throw my bag on the table then left, very rude, get home chicken patty so hard I could use it as a hammer.
And this is going to be the best thing corporate will post/reply for me to contact them via a fourm, and they will contact me back. I have filled out at least 10 of them in the last few months, and guess what no reply, no calls, not even a I don’t care. That tells me that even corporate doesn’t care. Best above stay away from McDonald’s like this, find a better location, or just stop going.

Three strikes, your out. Three times to have my order screwed up is too many, won’t go there again. The worst was I ordered an egg mcmuffin, just the biscuit, not the meal. That’s what they gave me. A biscuit with nothing on it literally. Just a plain biscuit, but paid for a regular biscuit with the mcmuffin egg and such. But got only a plain biscuit. The other two times were just as bad so that’s it. Three strikes you are out.

These people do not know how to read they charge you for extras and then they don’t give it to you so that they can make money off of it then when you go back and complain they want to just make you eat a cold sandwich any other McDonald’s would not cross contaminate their kitchen by taking food back that has left the restaurant but this restaurant does cross contaminate anytime you have to have something redone staff is rude and obnoxious was not impressed in the least with my order. The only decent person is a front counterperson but she made us wait 10 minutes before she even walked up to the register.
