This McDonald’s always leaves a great impression. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming — you really feel a warm, almost family-like atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Everyone is polite, attentive, and genuinely kind, which makes a big difference.
The dining area is consistently clean, and seeing tidy tables is always a pleasure. It’s clear that the team takes pride in what they do. A great place to stop by, relax, and enjoy a meal. Highly recommended!

Just went through drive through ordered quarter pounder, extra pickles..I get home and bag us full of grease, burger, napkins..terrible..extra pickles..not grease..and he hands me the bag, knowing the other side was full of grease. After a long day too exhausted to take back..I am requesting my money baxk..terrible..and I had to wait for extra pickles..cmon

Their Big Breakfast platter (without Pancakes) was perfect. I eat at least one a week, and it is nearly 100% time and time again. My only complaint is that the biscuit is inconsistent. Sometimes, it’s fluffy with a “freshly baked” texture. The strawberry jelly goes well with it.
Other times, the biscuit is hard or crumbles apart. They are happy to replace it fast with a better one.
The staff member that brought it to my table was pleasant and enthusiastic.

I WALKED on 2/9/26 to this East Bay, Largo McDonald’s to catch their breakfast menu which is scheduled to end at 10:30. I even ran the last couple of minutes to be there on time. As I was approaching the counter (at 10:30 on the dot), the server suddenly left the register and disappeared into the back. When she returned ABOUT TWO MINUTES LATER she informed me she promptly shuts off the breakfast menu at 10:30! When I told her that I arrived at HER register at 10:30, she arrogantly said I had to order from the regular menu, no exception, and offered no apology, just her “I’m the boss” attitude which made me furious (which I certainly let her know).
I can only hope this review is read by the franchise owner…

This was a complete breakdown of service at every step of the way and it left me irritated
Went in for a counter order.. nobody was paying attention to customers wanting to order. Several employees walked by me without offering to help. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to take my order.
My order was keyed in wrong. He got it wrong despite verbally confirming it with me. The associate walked away and either didn’t hear me or ignored me when I asked to have it corrected.
The manager rang up my missing item but priced it incorrectly. Whatever. Incorrect change was given due to the penny issue in the US. One of the employees had STRONG body odor.
Food was given to me, and just as a final insult to injury, they gave me the wrong sauces.
This was an absolute circus and I won’t be returning.

I never have an experience like this in my life , I’m coming to this location since 2018 and I never had a problem . I went today around 12-50 pm to pickup a order for DoorDash , I could see the order was ready there and I wait for the worker to finish what he was doing to give me the order , he ignored me for more than 5 minutes , I was calling him excuse me excuse me but nothing . When he come closer to me I asked him nicely to give me the order and he he refused to give my order, he was so rude . I have never seen a worker like that in my life . Please check your cameras , this guy cannot work with customers, this guy was not normal . Do something before he do something else with the customers. I’m doing deliveries for 10 years 5 star driver and is the first time I see a worker like that , please don’t let him work with customers

Are you mocking your customers? Everyone knows Mc Donald’s has a shrinking food strategy but you should impose yourself limits because even a latte company like your can be seriously impacted or close on a long term basis when acting like this !

My husband just stopped and pulled right off. He gets to the window they guy asked for the order My husband communicated to him just to give him a sec the order is on text. The guy immediately had an attitude .. yah.. no we are good we will go elsewhere.

Employees in drive thru were talking to themselves inside the window not paying attention to the customers at the window. They didn’t ask if we are good or needed any sause or ketchup for our nuggets as we waited at the 3rd window for our food. We rang the bell, no response. Lucky there wasn’t anyone ordering or waiting, we had to reverse to the 2nd window to finally interrupt their conversation to get the sauses we asked for. It wasn’t a pleasant visit. Thank you.

This McDonald’s is so so so much better than their sister store on Roosevelt, the food is always hot, always a polite voice thru the speaker, always greeted politely, it is literally two completely different worlds, by far probably the best and most efficient McDonalds in Pinellas county in my opinion! Love my breakfast crew
