We drove through here late on Saturday, 4/8/23 aprox. 1115pm after an event. We used the app code for a BOGO item. We got to the window, paid with a card and they didn’t apply the app, so we were charged too much. We notified the cashier and he said “I can’t help it, I cant do anything about it, talk to a mgr at the next window”.

This was a mobile order I picked up curbside. Fast, friendly, and order was correct. I’ve never been inside this McDonald’s location so I can only comment on the service and quality of food. Service was great and food was what you’d expect from McDonald’s.

Went through drive through and ordered a double cheeseburger and deluxe chicken sandwich. Got home to find the chicken deluxe sandwich was over cooked like cardboard and shrunk, and missing the tomatoes. Called to let them know asked to speak to a manager. The person who answered said he was the manager so I asked who am I speaking to and he refused to say thier named and he hung up. We seem to have more and more bad experiences with McDonald’s. Our food either being old, burnt or missing items. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. It is such a shame.

I have seen 2 different women on different days wearing really long fake finger nails. The fake nails were about 4″ long! I find it extremely unsanitary and disgusting! All I can think is how much dirt and germs are on the underside of those fake nails. Why is this allowed by people handling food? I sure don’t want them handling my food as I have had food poisoning from fast food a few times before. Please quit letting employees wear these things!

I ordered on June 21 at 10:30pm a 40 piece chicken nugget with 2 large fries. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I opened one of the 10 piece nuggets & there are 3 fish filets. How does that happen? TERRIBLE SERVICE. This is not okay absolutely disappointed.
