I’ve ordered from this McDonald’s a couple of times for breakfast and dinner. Every single time has been a disappointment. I ordered 20 nuggets and ordered ketchup and sweet & sour. I received none. I’ve ordered breakfast twice. I always order a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel. The first time my bagel was burnt, the second time my sausage was replaced with bacon. I thought a different shift may do better but nope, they are all lazy and worthless.

Be aware if you order curbside too early in the morning without having prior knowledge of their staffing situation, you’ll get an attitude and earful from the woman who brings your food to you instead of any sort of “good morning” at all.
My food was brought to me and I was told (with tons of snark and attitude) “you’re better off going through the drive-thru, we dont have time to bring you your food like this. There’s only two of us here before 7/8am”. Then as she was walking away she kept yelling stuff towards my car. Didn’t get her name or a receipt, likely on purpose.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS! THEY GIVE YOU OLD BURGER AND FRIES THAT ARE STILL RAW! I’ve contacted corporate and she told me she emailed the general manager and they were going to replace my whole order. I just went to store and talked to a suppsed “manager “ who was rude as hell to me and he would not replace my food or give me a refund on it, i showed him the email i got from corporate saying that they were to replace my whole order, he wouldn’t even read the email and kept arguing with me. I tried calling corporate again, but her phone was turned off i left a vm that they need to fix this! I will never come back to this McDonalds again! And if you’re reading this review I would urge you to do the same! This need to be fixed! I need my order replaced or money back! I’m a single dad battling cancer, so i don’t have money to just throw away like this! The burgers And chicken nuggets were old And just re-heated and the fries were still raw, not all the way cooked!

This is the Best McDonald’s in the State of Florida! This McDonald’s has a highly dedicated staff that always goes out of their way to serve the customers. The Store Manager, Yessica Ramos is such a Highly Professional Leader that goes out of her way to Serve the Customers and deliver their orders precisely and timely. She is all about Outstanding Customer Service and knows how to run a Franchise Store. Her tremendous leadership brings out the best in her employees such as Olga, Beatriz, Emily and Angie, who are just some of the many who learned from Yessica’s work ethic. Yessica Ramos is a Manager that has strives to help the people and she has her employees succeed to the next level in the fast food industry.
This McDonald’s location on Belcher Road always delivers and exceeds expectations. Plus it is the Cleanest McDonalds I have ever been in! Everything inside is very well organized. The way that they prepare their hot coffee is better than Starbucks! Every meal I have had here has been perfectly made and served at the perfect temperature. I have always been greeted from every single staff member here each time I come to this location. Yessica’s Smile lights up the World! That is why this McDonald’s location is so special! All of the other McDonald’s Restaurants in the Country need to follow how this store is. This McDonald’s at 1500 S Belcher Rd in Clearwater Florida is truly the Best McDonald’s in the USA!!

A Year later in February 2026, this McDonald’s Is still the Best McDonald’s in Florida! Yessica Ramos, the Manager gave me my Fish Fillet and Fries and it was better than ever! I saw her smile which always makes my day. The Manager’s Smile can make you take on the World! Emily, Olga and Beatriz are always a pleasure to see. Excellent Customer Service. This is the Only McDonald’s I will go to! I recommend that you do the same.

Absolutely pathetic hamburgers. Ordered 4 of them. They had no ketchup or mustard, one pickle and 2 dots of onion. Dryest burger ever. Done with this place. They always screw up.

McDonald’s does not include the senior coffee or tea on the app. I have tried several times to purchase a 93 cent senior hot tea and ask for a cup of ice for which they wanted to change $2.50. So I just declined the cup of ice. So today I chose to go in for the senior tea–still not on the app, and ask them to fill my cup with ice, hoping for a freebie on the ice. The front door is marked “open at 5 am” but it was not open at 645am. The new employee said they open at 7am. Typical McDonald’s food here with the frozen breakfast sandwiches heated to order. It is frustrating to see all the hype about the app, and not being able to use it. I was able to get a free cup of ice when I asked upon picking up my tea instead of ordering the ice in advance.

Very poor service, told us after 30 seconds they don’t have all night as if they have something better to do aug 28 12:37 am driver thru attendant. Terribly rude and definitely not the right employee, refused to answer phone call to give employees names. 0 cars in line apart all employees avoided phone to avoid accountability. Loser energy unfortunately

Terrible experience. I live 5 minutes away and placed an order through the app. I arrived at the location before 10 PM, but it was already closed — only open for drive-thru. I went on foot to pick up my order at the counter, but the person in charge told me they had closed early because there were no customers. I was treated very poorly by a blonde woman, and I’ve been here for half an hour trying to get my order. I even went to get my car and I’m still waiting. Very disappointing.
