Ordered at the kiosk. Got my table # thing. Sat there like 20 minutes. Finally went to counter. They looked through the bags lined up and found my order. Added hot fries but everything else was horrible cold. My double cheeseburger was just a single. Figured with the big pay raises couple years ago might improve things. But sadly since Covid fast food places have become horrible. Really hate them anymore.

We were there at 11:10 am (10 mins after switching from breakfast —>lunch) the fries were soggy quarter pound dry and burnt chicken nuggets were fresh but otherwise totally blah and disgusting they still have their drink station closed so you can’t get your own drinks and a whole section of the restaurant was closed sorry to say but COVID isn’t going anywhere stop using it as an excuse to be lazy and not do your job! Overall gross disgusting and will not be back at this location

This is best mcDonalds the staff is so efficient and nice. Every time I go through drive thru , they make my day the are kind and friendly. In this society we the labor force gets undervalued, I sincerely hope this is a reflection that the company realizes and value them as there most important commodity and compensates and appreciates them as such. It was magical!! I was running a few minutes behind schedule, the drive-thru was wrapped around the building, so of course I went in where I knew no one would be standing in line. Immediately ordered, got my two to-go cups and went around to fill up with Coca-Cola. Came back to get a cup holder for them, and there was a bag sitting there already , took me a few extra seconds to realize it was mine.. And they got the order right!! ✨✨ Outstanding team at this location! Too bad they’re not in my neighborhood, because mine sucks

Got cut in line at the two lane drive thru and was handed a small oj when I ordered a medium. Two staff pushed back when I told them because they said I “paid” for a small. I got the medium after I pushed back twice but that was too much stress. Gonna stay with chick fila for a while
