I tried to grab a quick lunch and unfortunately every kiosk in the restaurant was broken so upon going to the front counter to order the woman was extremely rude telling me that they do not offer a spicy McChicken for the reward program which I have ordered multiple times from a kiosk at this location, she called the manager over who continued to tell me that they do not offer a spicy McChicken and it’s only what’s on the app….I explains to him that it gives you a choice to choose regular or spicy and he said it does not I told him don’t worry about it and I will go to another location and order it which I did.
I hope they fix the kiosks at this location soon because the staff and management has horrible customer service , and this is coming from someone who worked multiple years in the fast food industry and currently works in the customer service field.

They obviously can’t take directions. I said no ketchup, no mustard, so they didn’t bother to add tomatoes or lettuce either. Damn thing is barely edible, it’s so dry! FF are half full AND both are cold. Disgusting meal… again!

Ordered online through the McDonald’s app. I have many times before, no issues.
This time however, I went through 5 different drivers in a manner of over a hour. I called McDonald’s itself and they simply just told me they keep sending the other drivers away because I already received my order. Mind you the app updates if I did but yet it just kept updating to different drivers. I was told by the manager to call doordash. Its not their problem. I don’t have doordash, doordash is through their online system. I never received my food and they kept turning away every driver that their system kept updating too. A waste of everybody’s time. No need to be rude! I just wanted to surprise my son with a Happy Meal.

Willie is always professional, friendly, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are well taken care of. He runs the restaurant smoothly, treats everyone with respect, and makes each visit a great experience. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and sets a high standard for his team. This location is open via drive thru 24/7 and open in the lobby 6am to 10pm. The standard menu includes burgers, now McRib, chicken nuggets, and kids meals.
DARRYL helped me manage the app because it doesn’t work well for me and I cannot find the senior beverage (coffee, decaf, ice tea, hot tea) on the app.
DARRYL explained that they have had problems with people coming in and asking customers for food. In response, the corporate decision is to limit stays to 30 minutes, “no loitering” signs, no WIFI, electrical outlets on the ceiling instead of the walls, and locked restrooms.
My chicken nuggets were standard size and quality.
The entry is wide enough to be wheel chair access with a heavy door.
Restrooms have a heavy door and are accessible with 5ft x 5 ft space, grab bars.

This probably has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in the area. When you pull up, it’s always wrapped around the building and no matter what you order… It always takes forever. And when you go through drive-thru, there’s no one acknowledging that you pulled up and if you have to say “hello” a few times before they acknowledge that you’re there and it’s usually with an attitude. Also, what’s the point of having two speakers if the same person is answering both and causing everyone to wait longer.

The McDonalds app said the Sausage McGriddle was buy one, get one, but the woman working the window at this location said they couldn’t give us that deal cause it’s no longer in their system. Why is it on the app if it’s not true and we can’t get the deal? It wasn’t even an in-app deal. It was on the value menu. And they were rude about it. Like you can’t honor a deal that your app states you’re offering!?
