1 Star but the manager finally made it right, sort of. Thought I’d try this location on my way home even though I always go to the 49th Street location. I did a mobile order with table service right in the restaurant. Waited for 20 minutes. Nothing. Finally was able to get one of the employees and showed her my order. She said it wasn’t in the system so she could not do anything. Twice! I finally had to ask for the manager.. Another 5 minutes. He told me the same thing even after showing him that I paid, used my points etc. from the order confirmation on my phone, the table service with the number on my table, which you didn’t get until you’ve paid.I started to get upset. He said “Sir, you can get upset all you want but .” Terrible thing to say after an employee dismisses me and now you do as well. It’s only $6 of food. Finally, he asks if I have an email receipt. I never look at that. I find it and now he gets my order. Albeit not even 100% correct. Never going again to this location. It’s the little things that keep a customer. To take time to write this means it had to be really bad.

I ordered an extra fry and an Oreo milkshake and was charged $22, which seems unusually high. Although we got this resolved, when I pulled up to the cashier window where a young woman was working as the cashier, I politely suggested to the her that service could be improved. In response, she just said ‘ok’ in an annoyed manner and closed the window on me without apologizing or even trying to understand the issue. This felt very dismissive and rude. I hope the store can address both pricing and customer service training.

I ordered 2 large hot coffees and 2 apple pies, but what I got was one large coffee. One medium coffee and 2 strawberry and cream pies. and what i was told was it was going to be a thirteen minute wait for the pies.

I arrived to dine in during rush hour, I expected there to be some areas in need of work but the inside and outside were absolutely PERFECT! The here deserves GREAT JOB! As it goes I am a former marine and I look at everything. The managers need to be commended! Thanks for. Great meal and thanks for doing what you do! Tim

Horrible, almost got out of line before paying when the drive thru attendant didn’t know how to ring up my order with an app deal. Wish I would have, food is terrible(see photos) left over Big Mac cold with stale bread and no cheese, fries were leftover and reheated….tasted like I took them home and reheated them but I parked and ate in the parking lot. Fries were so salty to try and hide that the were reheated. Stay away this place is disgusting!!!!!!!

The customer service gets worse and worse every time I go. And this is the closest food place to my job Besides WAWA. I literally regret going every time I do. Workers are Rude. Food is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s fresh most times it isn’t. I wish I would’ve took a picture of the ice cream cone they gave me literally wasn’t enough ice cream to fill a scooper.(I even made a comment about how small it was and the worker laughed) And they barely put any fries in the cup. I Should’ve just ordered a small. SMH Idk if the management changed but I just haven’t had a good experience the last few times I’ve went and I won’t be returning. Even if that means driving 10-15mins to the next location
