This place has hands down the best food I’ve ever tasted in coming out of McDonald’s. Fry’s always fresh nuggets always crunchy and great. And those biscuits and gravy left me speechless. My biggest complaint from this store is the employees do not care about the customers. Every time I go in there I do not like to use the computer to do it myself. I would rather like an employer to do it. Everyone is way too busy joking around and talking instead of actually trying to help the customer. This is not a good image on the manager who is hiring these employees. Literally every time I have to yell out because everyone ignores me is anyone going to help me with ordering or is every off today. It’s ridiculous. Today I ordered the double biscuits and gravy and got a biscuits and gravy split in half….. Not acceptable. Everyone was in a rush to get the order out so they can continue the conversation.. this really needs to be addressed

Update this place needs new managers that want to be at work, I went through drive through ordered a bubble biscuit and gravy, and 2 hash browns. I got one biscuit split in half. Had to drive back to McDonald’s for the manager to say thats how it comes. No it does not, she’s always miserable. And always with a I dont care attitude. Its sad to see McDonald’s going down the drain when it used to be a fun and happy place to go out to eat with your kids. You guys should be ashamed of yourself for just hiring anyone….

If I could give a big fat 0 I would y’all lucky. Food is ALWAYS cold they hate doing their job like I’m the one who made them apply to McDonald’s. That’s not MY problem. Night shift is always LAZY. Food is always cold stale and just not good. I said my fries was cold and unsalted and he gave a slat packet like it was supposed to make it fresh…..how does that work. I HATE THIS MCDONALDS

The McDonald’s on US60 in clearwater could possible be rhe cleanest fast food joint you will ever find. I bring my Mom there weekly after church. We have the usual, an egg mcmuffin, hash brown and coffee for 5 bucks. How can u beat that!

Always slow, always new staff every time I come here, barely anyone in line and get told to pull around to a waiting spot and got asked by a “manager” going to her car am I waiting for an order? As if I was just parked there just because, obviously im waiting for food. Randomly closes and any given time and cancels your Uber eats order. This location can never get it together.

As much as I love McDonald’s, you guys got to stop getting my order on I’ve had it wrong for the past 5-6 times this past two months today they forgot my fries in the bag. I ordered on delivery last time. They keep forgetting to put take the cheese off.

Service seemed OK in the drive through, our burgers were OK but not good, ordered large meals and got 1/4 of the fries(see pics) and they weren’t cooked all the way. Drinks were watered down with barely any ice and the ice was melted(which means the drinks were old) called immediately for about an hr with no answer. Wife tried again next day and same thing, she finally gets through and associate was rude and hung up on her. This McDonald’s is trash…..stay away!

I was in the drive-thru and the lady taking orders kept taking the orders of the cars in the other lane and skipped over me 4 times! I had to honk my horn and yell at the speaker before she acknowledged the line of cars in the inner lane. Then at the pay window, the kid fumbled with the screen for a few minutes before he finally took my payment. Then after I finally got my food, there was no acknowledgement or apology for the mixup at all. They need training at this location!
The generic McDonald’s response gives me a link for feedback that requires a case number to get into the site.
