Well, I ordered a double fish and got a single. I ordered ice tea and got none of it. In fact, nobody came to deliver the food at all. after about 20 minutes. I realized I hadn’t been served. I went over to the counter and there it was minus the iced tea. A girl from the back shouted. I called you! So don’t bother with little tents to give you at the order kiosk. Nobody’s delivering anything here.

You see why you keep losing money McDonalds it’s because you don’t have good service half your stuff never works and even the menus can’t be seen. No hot coffee and can’t even see the menu. The store looked dirty as well. Do better

Worst service I have ever received in my life. My group and I ordered and paid for shakes, and after we waited for a few minutes, a worker aggressively told us they didn’t have shakes anymore, that it was too late to refund, and that she had told us when we walked in and that she couldn’t do anything. No one in my group had heard her, and she didn’t stop us from paying, so we tried to politely ask for a refund, and she started to get mad and argue with us even though we were respectful. She started to argue with someone in my group and then got frustrated and then finally made the shakes. Which took only 3 minutes.

She brought all my friends orders out and when i told her i didn’t have mine she claimed it never went through and she couldn’t make it. It wasn’t until i pulled out my bank account statement and showed her the money leaving my account that she rolled her eyes and made my order.

Terrible experience overall, very rude employees and I cannot recommend this location to anyone ever. Everyone was rude and aggressive the minute we stepped into the building. We also came around 8pm, well before this location closed.

On a beach vacation. Just wanted some chicken nuggets and fries.

Ordered through the app. Picked up in the drive through. We were told to pull around because they were making fresh fries. Not going to hear me complain about fresh McDonald’s fries.

Waited like four to five minutes and we received piping hot french fries. The nuggets were crispy and hot, but nothing like those fries.

Did not disappoint.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s — and I say this from experience. I am a former McDonald’s manager, so I know exactly what the company’s operational and cleanliness standards are.
This location is clearly neglected by management.
Most of the self-service kiosks were out of order, with only one working, creating unnecessary delays and frustration. The floors were extremely dirty and covered in trash, which is completely unacceptable.
The menu screens on the walls were broken or unusable. Prices and items were not visible, and there was no way to see new products or promotions. This is a serious operational failure, not a minor issue.
On top of that, I ordered dine-in, and the food was still handed to me in a bag as if it were take-out, with no tray or proper presentation. This shows a total lack of control, training, and attention to basic standards.
Again, speaking as a former McDonald’s manager, this location does not meet McDonald’s minimum standards in any way.
I will be escalating this issue to corporate, because this is not a one-off mistake — it is clear evidence of poor management.
I do not recommend this location at all.

Every time I start feeling bad for these people they miraculously give me another reason to go against a wage increase. Lazy and a waste of gas, time, energy, and effort coming here. I will say it is truly inspiringly astonishg the amount of innovation that goes into finding new and improved ways of making sure the service is something from a Saw movie script. Just horrible.

I dont know names of the 2 men working Tuesday FEB 2nd, 2025 in the afternoon, but they were AMAZING! Great, old fashion, REAL customer service, real human interaction and very diligent in doing their job. Taking care of business in a timely manner and soooo friendly!! Not typical anymore. Give Seminole store on Seminole Blvd some training!

Got a large fry. They filled it up to a medium. Got a Big Mac it looks pretty awful. Asked for sweet and sour sauce, didn’t get any. The quality of the fries were not good. Didn’t bother trying the sandwich. My boyfriend brought it home so I was unable to speak to them. Their phone number listed will not connect you to anyone. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever experienced.

The worst service I’ve experienced ever. The employees were rude to my friends and I the minute we walked into the restaurant. Employees claimed they told us they were out of ice cream and shakes after we had online ordered, and refused to give us a refund.

Eventually, they began saying they could make the shakes after we repeatedly asked for a refund. They refused to listen to us, and proceeded making the shakes. One of the order we had placed was not given to us once they had been made, because they claimed they didn’t have an order on their end. We showed them the bank statement, and order number, and they continued to be rude to us.

I do not recommend this location to anyone, as the short female worker WAS VERY IMPOLITE AND DISRESPECTFUL!

Seriously, to the manager, it’s been months now and the menu screens haven’t been working. Your store is still dirty and one the self-serve kiosks is still broken. Have some pride in your shop as you’re only one of a couple fast food spots on the beach. The service is nice and your people are friendly but your store looks like crap.
