Really slow service, we’ve been waiting for our order (not a big one) for 30 min.
They have complete mess at the kitchen, everyone purposlessly running with no result. Some elderly ladies with bllankets are cooking. Strange.
But the interior is fresh and modern. This place just needs a normal manager.

On December 30th 2025, around 21:50 I had got in line at the drive thru to get myself something to eat . As I approached the speaker to place an order, a quick and muffled voice of what sounded like a yo t woman spoke out and couldn’t make out anything what she was saying. I asked her to repeat what she had said and again, I couldn’t tell you so I just said no thank you. I had asked for 2 McChickens. As soon as I was done saying the word “chicken” she asked very quickly if that’s all I’m getting. I understand you want to go home, but please allow me to rely you know when I complete my order, not you. So I tell her I’d like to order another thing, such as a medium fry. The second time she asked me if that’s all I’m getting. I finish with the three chocolate chip cookies. The person in front of me had finished receiving their ordered items and I moved up to the window. A young black male, was kind and had repeated my total to pay, I reach for my wallet, hand him my card and as he charged me I can see in view a young black female who most likely took my order, begin to stare and hear this come from her mouth…”ahhhhh Feliz navidad. Feliz Navidad” and sang along. Mind you I’m a Hispanic male with a mustache and had approached the window of where I’m being a consumer of a business and I’m being mocked of my looks. Very unprofessional and very much did not feel welcome.

On 6/28/25 at 2:15 PM, I was the only one in the drive through line. My order was a quarter pounder with cheese (no fries or drink). The young lady who took my order took 4 minutes to greet me. It took until 2:26 to get the food. A young man wearing a yellow vest apologized for the delay. He tried to expedite my order, but there are clearly some efficiency problems in the kitchen. When my burger came out, the box was all greasy. This McDonald’s used to be stellar, but now it is below average. I hope they can turn it around.

I’ve given this location multiple chances because it’s close to my house… but I’ve learned my lesson. I’ve been to plenty of McDonald’s in my life, and this one is by far the worst.
Food is never fresh, they constantly run out of basics like McGriddles. It’s honestly unbelievable how poorly this place is run.
Do yourself a favor and skip this location altogether. The franchise owner seriously needs to lose their privileges if this is the standard they’re operating at.

If I could give zero stars I would. Yesterday on Jan 1st I placed a mobile order at 10:15 AM for breakfast items. I get to the store at 10:30 just to then receive a notification my order was cancelled. I walk inside and I ask why was it cancelled. The woman tells me it’s because it’s “close to 10:30” when I put in my order. So is that the policy if I had been in the drive thru at 10:15? Not sure why my order couldn’t have been made and put to the side like every other McDonald’s has done. Extremely rude and no attempt to even resolve the issue.

Awful service. I ordered two plain patties for my dogs and they purposely mashed onions into one side of the pattie. Onions are DEADLY to dogs!!! Why would the people at this restaurant go out of their way to adulterate the patty so it will KILL MY DOGS!!! And they put the onions on the bottom side of the patty to try and hide it. Just cruel for no reason!!!!!

DO NOT order delivery from this location. Quality control is non existent and you will waste your money! I ordered a bacon big breakfast with hotcakes, I received a sausage big breakfast with hotcakes. The hash brown was missing, they didn’t give me and syrup or butter for the pancakes…very disappointing given the price to order in the first place. How hard it is to double check the order to make sure it’s right???

When you come to this location for breakfast drive threw or go inside I’ve never had any bad experience
But the lunch shift after 4-5 o’clock all kids playing around to much in there the line wrapped around the building I ordered my food threw the app and I go inside to pick up was still waiting for 15 min while the kids joking around playing around not really doing anything
It’s ok to have some fun at work but do your job while at it
FOR EXAMPLE YESTERDAY OCTOBER 31
don’t sit around pants sagging than picking up your pants from your buttocks area than messing with people food the manager here at this hour should be let go running the place carelessly
