Hours say “24/7” but if you pull up overnight in the early morning hours (it’s happened numerous times but I’m sick of them it’s 4:22am now) the lights will be on BUT no one will be home AKA the employees refuse to answer the speaker & hide behind the counter like they don’t have CLEAR windows when you pull around to see them. Anyway, I hope management is happy they’re paying employees to work for free AND not making any profit

This was the best experience in a McDonald’s I’ve ever had, hands down. I don’t typically go to McDonald’s but I was trynna smash a 10 piece nuggy. The only place to order food is on kiosks, which threw me off. But other than that, the food was hot, fresh, and exactly what I ordered. The food was brought to the table and then at the end we were asked if we wanted refills etc. Can’t believe I’m leaving a 5 star review for McDonald’s, but here we are.

The manager that works in the morning, the Hispanic manager, has the worst attitude of anyone in charge i have ever meet. I understand that it’s early and you don’t wanna be dealing with this many people, but this is what you chose to do for a living. So you don’t get to choose whenever you’re nice to somebody just because you’re having a bad morning and it seems like you were always having a bad morning. I asked her for her name and she wouldn’t give it. But the people who work here know her name. I honestly hope she loses her job. I don’t want free food for this or accommodations. I just want this woman fired

This morning I just a Caramel Frappe and I requested more drizzle… the lady that gave it to me looked at me and said “well we have a charge for it”. I said “okay then…” gave it back to her. She gave it to the Manager and the Manager came back right away with an attitude and gave it back to me “there’s a charge for this, here” and I took the drink. I asked the fist lady attending me “how much is it?” she gave me an attitude. “Naw its fine” and cut her eyes. I realized I didn’t get the extra drizzle I requested, and willing to pay. I left with the Frappe and Breakfast sandwhich I just bought. Dissapointed. Terrible customer service. They didn’t want to put any extra drizzle on my drink. Not even if I paid for it. I thought what they gave me on my drink, wasn’t enough, I needed more. I left quickly because I didn’t want my food compromised. I will not be returning to this location because they are rude, even with the simplest requests.

Sent my husband to pick up a mobile order to bring back to Hotel and they couldn’t find my order then found it what I got was terrible. I was head of guest service for 3 years and this was terrible. Cold old fries, I never got my fries, or ranch cup or Drink. Husband didn’t know what I ordered. My fault for not checking.

Worst Mac Donald’s I’ve ever seen. Pulled up to the speaker, waited 5 minutes…crickets. Pulled to the cashier window, after a few minutes the lady tells me to pull forward to the next window. Wait at the next window…people are passing by the window completely ignoring me, as I watch them. After another 5 minutes a lady tells me I pulled up too soon from the speaker that I now need to wait. I don’t get it. What happened to saying “please wait a few minutes” on the speaker? The rudeness is unbelievable. This was tonight at midnight.

The new kiosk system and food delivery to the table is convenient. The kiosk was easy to use. The only slight issue I would have is that the lighting is quite bright and sterile, but now bad at all.
