This McDonalds sucks . Drink didn’t come with my order , 3 pieces of added bacon was literally one piece . Medium fries were half way full. I’m not the type to complain about food service but bro do your job or just quit . How hard is that .

Come on McDonald’s, you need to do better quality control than this. 2 hours last the best by!!? One bite and I knew something was off, it was chewy like bubble gum.

The staff were courteous as always, but could have used the drive thru parking spots rather than a long line up accumulating.

This is the second time in a row that this has happened, so I’m leaving a review. This location used to be totally fine but I’ve received a large fry almost half way filled up once again. I really wonder how many employees are eating out of my fries when it comes this empty

Ordered a Filet-O-Fish with no American cheese. It even says that clearly on the receipt. So what did I get? Double cheese. Whoever’s putting the sandwiches together either can’t read or thinks it’s funny to do the exact opposite.

I also ordered a six-piece nugget, they gave me five, and their rock solid!!!

Total waste of money and time. That was the last straw with you, McDonald’s. Never again will I Go to a Mcwastofatime.

I ordered at the selfservice order mechanic. I didn’t realize I grabbed the wrong ticket. Only noticed it was wrong after I payed and the food showed up. The staff has very accommodating of the situation. I ended up with my correct order and the other order too. Handle with very professionally.

I have to left this review right now at this time. Because I can’t believe I stopped and I hear from the drive through the system is down and I have to wait between 5 to 15 minutes and I say yeah that’s okay I can wait so they get an attitude when I said I can wait. After away by 15 minutes they call me to the last window to give me the order and I request to have a small mocha frappe and they said the machine has to be cleaned it and it takes 1 hour. This is unacceptable in McDonald’s I never come back to this one

Management should be ashamed of themselves. The air conditioning rattles so loud, you can hear it from the drive thru order menu. When you pull up to pick up your food, it’s clinking and clanking above the employee to a degree that it must hurt their ears and even potentially cause long term damage. Clearly they put their profits over their people, and enjoy stuffing their wallets.

This is ONLY for management. The crew is lovely, especially a younger girl with brown hair.

Not usually a complainer check all my post for ref. But tonight it seems like the staff was a little off every body is allowed to have a bad day. The person handing out the food at the 2nd window arround midnight was not too familiar with his position, handed me half my order and said OK I had too look at my order and replied we’re is my double quarter pounder with bacon? He replied it’s not in the bag? At disbelief that I would be asking? And the he asked the young lady about it she handed him a bag and then he asked? Did you get your fries witch ‍♀️ I asked my 11 year old daughter if there was any fries in the bag she replied yes so I replied yes and he Reached into the bag and removed my other set of Fries out of the new bag with my double bacon Quater pounder with cheese i immediately replied hey leave those fries in there and he was like I already gave you fries so I said okay, drove off and started eating my daughter’s fries and she goes Dad eat your own fries as im driving South Dale Mabry past gun hwy / linebaugh then I realized those fries he removed from My Double Quarter Pounder with cheese were My fries. I had to double back past the Patel Mansion and get my fries. And then this individual very tall person made the comment to the other staff that they forgot my fries when it was him that did Trusted his staff to had my order somewhat Right and he was the one that removed my Fries, as I sat there and waited for an apology it seems he was eager to dismiss me as if I was bothering him or in his way somehow.
