Picking up doordash orders takes a long time, and sometimes they even start chatting and don’t attend to the person waiting. Also, today I went to buy a vanilla Shake, I arrived at 10:20, the girl told me it would be ready by 10:30, and when it was 10:30, after I placed the order, she told me they didn’t have any vanilla Chase. She made me wait for nothing, so the service isn’t very good.

I’m traveling and in the area for a week and this is my experience: I went there late at night because my work schedule. My food was old. The bun was hard. The burger was cold. The french fries where those small bits and pieces that were hard and hurt my teeth. I went this morning for breakfast and when I got there, there were many people lined up at the counter. One gentleman angrily got up and demanded his money back because he had been waiting over 10 minutes. I was at the kiosk and I canceled my order and left. There’s no way I’m waiting 10 minutes plus. They focus so much on the drive-thru that they ignore people at the counter now and leave them standing there. I’ve noticed this trend at several locations. Here’s a good idea, either hire more people or stop putting so much emphasis on the drive through that you ignore your other customers.

I don’t wish to come off abrasive but what is with this location playing Latino music in the background? I respect all types of music plus I am a musician BUT culturally speaking I just don’t see this kind of music being appropriate for a fast food setting like McDonald’s (unless you’re talking about Taco Bell)…plus I can also see that the majority of the staff except maybe one person appear to not know English too well. Also why is the self serving soda fountain not working? Come on you guys can do way better than this. At least they got my food order right.

Went through drive through. Order was incomplete and incorrect.
Had to park in a space, person bringing out the Order did not check it and it was missing drinks. Big breakfast, chicken biscuit, extra hash browns, orange juice, large diet coke, Breakfast sandwich ordered was sausage egg and cheese biscuit with round egg. What was provided was sandwich on hamburger bun, really doesn’t look like a biscuit, how do you mix that up?
Missing drinks. Incomplete/incorrect order.
Not difficult to read a ticket and check an order. For the prices that are charged this should be a non issue.
Tried calling to speak with a manager. No answer, phone picked up and then hung up on.

Order two happy meals, And one large iced coffee.
Got rung up for 12 happy meals and a MiCrispy…
Ask several times to have sweet-and-sour sauce for the happy meals for the kids, didn’t get it, I had to ask again. Didn’t get the large iced coffee either, got a medium.
What a debacle. Tell me again why minimum wage should be higher please, I have time.
That “GenZ stare” gets me every time though.

I ordered later at night, and I understand sometimes you have to wait and I’m usually pretty patient, but 1 hour for some burgers and fries is beyond ridiculous. And not one of the 4 employees I saw talked to me at all or update me on my order progress. If you want late night food, go to dennys and wait for some food that’s worth it at the very least.

Then you get upset when I ask why you gave my did to someone dishonest like you. The food sucks so much now that my kids hate coming here. This was the highlight of my week when I was their age. I’m pretty sure they have my food to another car. I’ve been here for 30 minutes and parked in space 4 for 15 minutes before someone tried to give me the wrong order so I came in. Stores full of people waiting.
