asked for a big mac no onion. still had onion on it. asked for tomatoes on a separate big mac and was given this?? seems like someone in the back was having a bad day. also part of the nuggets were uncooked and that’s just nasty, i can’t eat that. first and last time visiting this mcdonald’s. not to mention that the inside was dirty and i had a hard time finding a clean place to sit.

Just left the location and was very very disappointed in the Customer Service here. They flat out talk about you when you back is turned like you can’t hear them then when you approach go is everything okay. Fries and nuggets weren’t fresh, sodas were flat. I just wasn’t happy with this experience from the people of all ages young and old. They definitely need to do better at that location and unfortunately we go to that location often for their to be blatant disrespect tonight. If I can give them zero stars I would.

Went through the drive thru and the person taking the order didn’t hear me ask for a burger with my happy meal. When I get to the window she confirms my order without the hamburger. I add “and the hamburger” she acts like she didn’t hear me. I repeat myself two more times. She confirms it’s just the handburger and instead of letting me add the hamburger she tells me I have to go back around the drive thru.
Then I get to the window to pick up my order and the frozen drink I ordered is melted by the time it gets to me. Like it was sitting on the counter for hours.

I was working in the area and needed something quick. I decided to go through the drive thru at the near by McDonalds. First of all, they were super quick to take my order, wish was wonderful! I made my payment then proceeded forward to get my food. The young man that gave me my food, I believe his name is Leo.. WHAT A GEM! He was extremely friendly and smiled the whole time. I wish the McDonalds over by my house had a young man that takes his job seriously and is as friendly as what I experienced today. McDonald’s if you are reading this… you need to look at this young man as a great example of what customer service really is suppose to mean. Plus my food order was perfect!

Great service. One of the few places in Tampa where management and staff clearly work well together and genuinely take care of customers. I’ve been here many times, and my order is always correct and perfectly cooked.

this is the most unprofessional establishment ever. i placed a mobile order but when i got there, they put up a sign saying that they were closed until 5am. the app wouldn’t allow me to cancel the order and so i went to the door to ask if they could give me a refund, but the guy that came up literally SHRUGGED at us and walked away. he didn’t even hear us out and i spent money on food that im not even gonna get. there were also other employees just sitting there eating and staring but not even hearing us out. the most frustrating experience ever. never coming back to this location ever again.

You would think just adding a drink to my meal wouldn’t be such an issue the worker said I have to drive around to add a drink…so across the street to Taco Bell it was 2 large sweet teas please and thank you! It’s the fact I tried to add a drink while at the drive thru and the guy couldn’t hear me over his music in the speaker playing and then saying I gotta drive around to add it. Thanks Taco Bell you guys made it simple.

We’ve been coming to this McDonald’s consistently for about four months, almost every day, just to get coffee and an oatmeal for my grandpa. Today, the oatmeal was never given to us. Mistakes happen that’s not the issue.
When we politely mentioned that we didn’t receive it, the staff had the audacity to tell us that the oatmeal was “somewhere in the car,” essentially calling us liars instead of simply checking or fixing the mistake.
I don’t care about the oatmeal. I care about the disrespect, the accusatory attitude, and the complete lack of basic customer service. Long-time customers should never be treated that way, especially over something so small and easily resolved.
This experience was disappointing and unnecessary. A simple apology and replacement would have avoided all of this.

Worste customer experience ever by the Hispanic gentlemen with medium length curly hair who touched my French fries and then gave me an awful attitude when I kindly asked for new fries. His managers allowed him to continue to give me attitude and yell at me in a disrespect manner. Disappointed to say the least.

I ordered two chicken sandwiches, they were both burnt one had the the toppings completely off the burger, a total mess, the buns were even burnt!!! The fried chicken looked like it came from the bottom of the fryers and they’ve not changed their oil for a week! I brought them back and the manager didn’t say so much as I’m sorry just immediately offered me a refund, leaving me to believe this is something that happens often and was no surprise to her! I will not be returning here and don’t recommend this location! We went right up the road to Burger King and got fresh chicken sandwiches for about the same price. They were not burnt and came out fresh! And 3X the size!
