Update:mcdonalds I won’t go to a link and share my experience. I know how this goes and how corporations are like mcdonalds. Just move forward as you won’t do anything and I will be dissatisfied and you won’t do anything different to appeal to people.

So just as a understanding mcdonalds maybe when you mess up you shouldn’t throw food away. I ordered off the app for table service. I waited nothing came. I went to the counter and they didn’t have my order. Lady looked it up and began to make it. I got my order went and sat back down and opened my sandwich and it was the wrong sandwich. Went back to trade it out cause I won’t assume I can keep it even though I know you can’t take back food after the customer had it. What do you do? Throw it right into the trash right in front of me. Maybe cause you messed up all the way through the process you could have done the right thing and even offered me to take the food for free that you just threw in the trash….

Just left there. Some of the rudest people I have ever met in customer service. I asked for a receipt and was told they don’t have any paper to give receipts. Then while at the window waiting on my food another girl opens window and states” you need to move your holding up our drive thru. I told her I did not even have my food. With attitude slammed window. I told her to give me refund and I went across the street to Burger King where everyone was amazing. No more McDonald’s on Bearss for me. Only fave a star because it would not let me post without one

Came in this morning a little after 7:00 a.m. with no line so I was expecting quick service. I did a mobile order ahead of time for a iced coffee and was asked to pull to the side to wait for my iced coffee so they can look better on there service sheet which I always found weird as they’re literally just getting me out of the way and then deal with me later.

Got my coffee 3 minutes later and it wasn’t even iced, just lukewarm coffee in a cup

I wont be back no time soon. Not to any McDonald’s, this location has rude managers and team memebers horrible customer service, cant ask a question without staff attitude. They parked me and then served 4 whole orders before mine when i was there. I walked in for a refund and the person grabbed my bag of food from by icecream machine, no thanks. At this point food is cold and I wont be back. As an fyi, that same cold sandwich was given to 2 boys that order after it was sitting for 10 mins in a corner as I waited for my refund.
If u don’t like being in customer service then find a new job. Period. This is getting ridiculous with this fast food company and they need a real overhaul or establish some type of standard for the service they provide. I choose to spend my $ there, but I dont have to.

I placed an order and never received my food, yet this location refused to cancel or refund the charge. No food, no solution, no accountability. Customer service was dismissive and completely unhelpful.

Being charged for an order that was never provided is unacceptable. If you’re missing staff, overwhelmed, or disorganized, that’s not the customer’s problem. What is your responsibility is not charging people for food they never receive.

Wrnt there at 5 whwn food should have been fresh and hot. Paid for large fry and it was half full, over cooked and cold. Burger was cold and had onions when asked for no onions. Large drink is size of medium nowadays. They had a rushed rude attitude

I ordered DoorDash from this location twice in a row literally within a couple minutes of each other and for some reason, my meal keeps getting stolen. I have worked fast food before I understand how confirming a DoorDash order works. Employees need to make sure they’re paying better attention to who they’re handing food out to. Now I can’t order any food because nobody will cancel the order so it’s just repetitively sending driver after driver to the store for them to sit there and say that it’s been stolen.

I would like to respond to the McDonald’s owner’s Response to my review. Just to inform you, DoorDash did their part. Like I explained above, had The order been confirmed correctly there would’ve been no issue. I can understand a mistake once but when it happens twice within an hour is crazy.

You people really need to stop and think who you are serving. Some people are institutionalized and a lunch from McDonald’s is a real treat.
Picked up a chicken deluxe sandwich, filet o fish and two orders of fries to take to the nursing home to eat with my 85 year old mom who has dementia (and in a lockdown facility) but actually asked for a chicken sandwich. Got to the nursing home 2 miles down the road. Fries were COLD. The chicken on her sandwich was old and burnt. She couldn’t even chew it and she has ALL OF HER TEETH. The only item edible was my filet o fish. Threw it all out!
So disappointed for my mom. She just wanted a chicken sandwich and McDonald’s fries. MAJOR FAIL! So done with McDonald’s. And when someone asks for A TON of ketchup, your worker shouldnt hand me three packets making me ask again.

Customer beware!!!!! The ownership of this establishment allows its managers to serve cold fries and extremely greasy burgers. Unlike the crispy, fresh and hot fries that we are all accustomed to receiving from those golden arches. Quality begins with ownership. Properly training managers leads to properly trained subordinates. I don’t want a coupon for a free meal if that meal is a copy of the horror I received.
