If I could put negative stars on this McDonalds, I would. This is the worst fast food experience I have ever had. First, the lady didn’t accept my code and tried charging me double, then gave me an attitude for calling her out on her mistake. Is that good customer service? No, but I guess you could say that’s normal McDonald’s employee behavior. Anyways, then I waited out front of the store for the order of A SINGLE, PLAIN quarter pounder and Diet Coke for legitimately 29 minutes. Around minute 20 of those 29 minutes, the manager came out and asked if it was only cheese or ketchup I wanted. I advised that it was only cheese, hoping that they wouldn’t mess up the experience any further. Before heading back inside, the manager assured me that they’d be giving a free cookie and apple pie for the wait. Fast forward nearly another 10 minutes, the same manager came out with the quarter pounder, with no Diet Coke, and no cookie or apple pie. Finally, he got some pep in his step and came out about 30 seconds later with the Diet Coke (no cookie or apple pie).I abruptly grabbed the Diet Coke (size smaller than ordered) and left in frustration before I said or did something I would regret. Hoping they couldn’t do anything else wrong, I got home in hopes that I could enjoy my late night snack, where I found my burger filled with everything that I specifically asked not to have on my burger, on my burger, WITH A HAIR. They are lucky I am nice and tired, or else I would go back there a cause a scene A TAMPA McDonald’s has never seen before (that says a lot). I want to say bad things, but I will stay quiet strictly for good karma. Anyways, don’t give in to your munchies and go to this store, it’ll just mess up your day more than you can ever imagine. Trash establishment. Goodnight.

Inside the restaurant, I waited over 30 minutes for a 10-piece nugget and two McChickens. When I asked about my order after 20 minutes, the person in charge did not care and dismissed my order multiple times. The staff was rude and offered no explanation or apology. This was super disappointing and completely unacceptable service for such a simple order.

This is the worst McDonald’s experience I have ever received. It took 3 hours to get my food and it was cold by the time I got it. The workers were rude and not helpful whatsoever. I really love McDonald’s but after this I will not be coming back and I will be telling all my friends not to come to this location. Slow, rude, inconvenient is the only way to describe the McDonald’s on Kennedy BLVD. I hope the management team can better the experience for their customers because this is ridiculous…. I am very disappointed and hope change is made soon.

By far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Sat in the drive thru for 15 mins no response, I said excuse me the dweeb kid goes I heard you the first time hold on. Then proceed to go up to the window for my food after 20 mins in line and tell me to wait in the parking spot. All while the store door is locked so customers can’t get out aswell as employees. Finally get my food after another 10 mins. Lady, who I believe was the manger seemed to be nice but besides that, terrible. Burger King it is for the future I suppose. Also ketchup was the only thing I asked for and did not even get the new McDonald’s sauce policy. Upset is an understatement. Wendy’s it is.

The lady who works here at night is extremely disrespectful. My friend waited in line for his food for 30 minutes, proceeded to get his order completely incorrect, and then she yelled at him for not having gotten his food earlier (he went up to the counter as soon as his name was called). This has occurred multiple times at this location with the very same worker. There were also two security people who kept trying to kick everyone out because they’d been there for more than 10 minutes. Just don’t go to this McDonald’s, I’m begging you.

I went for Sunday morning and they were great. Food was on time and tasty. Service on point used the app and they took less than two minutes to have my order ready. I tell you all about on the videos uploaded here so please watch and if you like them hit the helpful button to help me as well.

Waited a looong time in drive through. Made everybody back up to a previous window in the Drive-Thru because they screwed up somebody’s order up front. They gave our order to the car in front of us because they didn’t check to see who’s who. After 20+ minutes finally got the order of one meal.
Cut your profits by a tiny bit and hire some people that actually care about their job please. Or replace everything with a robot already.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was chain quality. The ice cream machine was actually working here. They are frequently inoperable at other McDonald’s we have visited. Restaurant was relatively clean. Parking lot is relatively large. However, many of the spaces were reserved for food couriers. The drinks are not self service, but they did refills at the counter.

I ordered breakfast and my total was 569. And I gave the person in a drive through 570, and they basically dismissed, giving me my change and then they asked me, oh, do you want the penny back? Although it was just a penny, it’s the principle that yes, I do want my penny back. If I wouldn’t have said anything, it just makes me. Imagine how many other people are they keeping change from other than that? The service is okay in the morning for breakfast. I go pretty early in the morning and the time of wait is not too bad as well. But that kind of made me just think of how much money is McDonald’s. Keeping from their customers

Yeah, this McDonald’s is never as efficient as it needs to be. Been here several times, and once theres a few people in line, it starts to take a while for anything to get done. You basically ALWAYS are told to wait in their drive through spots, because they are too inefficient to give your food in the normal drive through line.
