got halfway through the burger before i actually looked at it and saw it was raw. annie the manager said to “bring it in tomorrow so we can see what’s wrong”. no apology, no contact number or email for corporate, literally zero accountability or remorse. horrible customer service and clearly negligent staff. hate to be that person but this is beyond unacceptable. so disgusted.

This place everything sucks late night orders especially when you’re waiting at the curb side pickup, just for a medium fries order they literally took more than 20mins and never showed up, I don’t think they even care about delivering the things on time, not sure whether it’s an issues with the staff or something else, But this is is not expected and wanted to experience. I end up in this situation because my daughter was hungry and want to eat something quick. But the quicker thing took almost more than 30mins and still they didn’t show up.
They even marked the order as delivered without delivering it, worst service and worst place.

Their management team needs lessons on how to properly & competently run a business, including and especially when it comes to making sure their posted business hours are to-the-second accurate. Opening late & closing early is nothing new here, I’ve seen it occurring for a few years now. Customer service could also be friendlier, the lobby cleaner & orders more accurate with no missing items. Whenever I’m near Brandon, I often go to the one further down Brandon Blvd closer to I-75 because of the lousy dining experience here.

This place is awful and everytime go something is wrong. Last time going to this location. Asked for a chocolate shake and pie. Easy right? NO they gave me a pie and a soda. Told them I had a chocolate shake. They bring me out a half vanilla and chocolate shake. Whether slow or busy this location needs help. Not ever going to this location ever again. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

Please speak with your staff to follow the directions of the order. The reason I am leaving a review. I called several times trying to get this resolved. However, the phone is off the hook. It has been busy every time I call.
Now to proceed with my Discrepancy, I ordered a steak bagel meal however I got a bagel with steak sauce, the eggs and the cheese with no steak instead, they put bacon on it. I’m pretty sure that they put the meat on the bagel first I asked for extra steaks sauce. So it seems that they knew it was a steak bagel. I really didn’t even have an issue because we’re human we make errors however, my reason for the review is because y’all don’t answer the phone so that you’re paying customer can get a resolution for the mishap.

Food was completely ruined to the point I just threw everything away. The young lady on the intercom taking my order was speaking to me as if I was bothering her. Nothing ever changes for the good at this location. What a waste of money and time.

absolute joke of a McDonald’s. Employees are always playing like a bunch of children and take absolutely forever to get food out from the back. 90 percent of the time the food comes out wrong and then you have to wait even longer for them to fix what should have been done correctly the first time. This place is a joke…. Update as of 5-23-23…… employees are still playing and dancing and making tik tok videos by the restrooms meanwhile the entire restaurant is disgusting and dirty. Somebody needs to learn to be a manager or corporate needs to come in and fire everyone and get new employees. Pictures are going to be attached.

This McDonald’s location is absolutely terrible. The staff clearly hate their jobs — there’s zero customer service, no sense of urgency, and no pride in what they do. Every visit is a disappointment. They’re always out of something simple — caramel for sundaes, peanuts, sauces — you name it. Orders are constantly wrong, items you pay for just don’t make it into the bag, and no one seems to care enough to fix it.
It’s painfully obvious that management and the franchise owner don’t care about maintaining any kind of standard here. The whole experience feels neglected from top to bottom. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else — this place is garbage, and it’s been that way for far too long.

Hands down the worst location ive ever been to. Day and night. Doesn’t matter what time, the employees take 10 minutes to get on the intercom to take your order. The food you got is either wrong or you can obviously tell it has sat in a warmer for hours, especially at night. Employees are careless in how they treat customers and it shows immensely at this location. I will intentionally drive to the next closest location to avoid this one all together if possible. This location has been this way for years and remains unchanged.
