Probably one of the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. First the card machine didn’t work so I had to go to the counter. The playplace, with a sign that said open from 9AM-9PM, was locked and not open. Every single table in the place was dirty, and I had to get my own wet napkins to clean the table so my kids could sit. It is disgraceful how little places are taken care of. My food, well, didn’t look very appetizing.

Maybe next time the bun won’t move too fast for them to put the cheese and the tartar sauce on the bun. It’s a pretty sloppy sandwich. Also along with them wasting your food cost I specifically said ranch for my chicken nuggets and received sweet and sour. Somebody’s not listening

I hate that this is the closest location to my house. I usually get 40 nuggets and 2 large fries. Half the time they either give me two ten packs of nuggets and forget its not 40 or we have 8-9 nuggets in a ten pack. Todays order we got 40 burnt nuggets and our large fries were filled halfway. This is getting ridiculous.

Yet another McDonald , the self servíce bigass tablets were unable to process the order. And didn’t even had paper to print the ticket to go to the cashier …. No one was in the register so there is a need of labor (apply if your looking for a job) there are 4 regular coke dispensers and 3 of them were out of product. I some tables were a bit dirty. Again this store needs more employees. And it needs to improve attention to detail. However the people who completed my order and the one who handed my food both were pleasant , respectful , doing the best they can under the circumstances .

This place has gone from bad to worse. I waited 30 minutes for one burger, one chicken sandwich and one large fry. The food was garbage, the inside of the lounge had not been cleaned in who knows how long and they charge as much as Chik fil a. Look at that tiny, sad, and dry pattie and tell me if you’d pay $4 for it!?

I know going to McDonald’s can be hit or miss, but we just stopped at this location for our first time and were quite disappointed. As per more often than not, the fries were cold and stale. The worst part for our order was that the chicken for the crispy deluxe was not even chewable because it was so dry, stale, and cool. I did request a more fresh piece of chicken for my sandwich, and I’m pretty sure all they did was drop another old piece in the fryer to heat it up because it was the same quality but warmer.. or maybe their oil is overdue for a change? Idk. Usually, around the rush hours, you can get better quality of food in regards to freshness since it’s so busy, but that was not the case here. All of the tables were dirty as well.. we like to use the self order kiosks (for better accuracy on orders), and the machine wouldn’t work for the card part.

You can’t get hot food or hot coffee the way you order it ever. The coffee is never right . The first time I ever had cold burnt coffee was at this location this store should close its door after respectfully speaking with the Manager Michelle who was not there when I was served tried to fix it by replacing my order and I got coffee with no sweetener and room temperature food drive past hopefully no one gets I’ll from this store!

would not recommend this location! it is a disgrace to the mcdonalds franchise. the only drinks they had were sweet tea, bottled water, coffee, milk and apple juice! told us they couldn’t make milkshakes whilst making mcflurries for the car behind us. fries were soggy, cold, and very unsalted. would not recommend!!
