Place was so nasty n dirty, Dining rooms were filthy, trash was overflowing in all Dining rooms, floor was bad . Look at pictures. My thing is with so much flu n cold going around,how can they allow this place to get so bad, they have a kids place to play.. not good , staff was just standing around joking n laughing no one cared what the place looked like. I counted 6 persons working. N for get the bathrooms were so bad. I just turned around n went to a different store to take my kids to the bathroom .. never going back.. Goodluck for those who choose to eat there.

The order taker seemed annoyed. I ordered a side of bacon and got one strip of bacon. I didn’t even order a bagel but got this instead of my McGriddle. The amount of sauce on this is disgusting and it’s covered in sauce, I couldn’t even eat it.

Me and my friend ordered two mcchicken meal deals large, the frys was double dropped and had no salt on them we couldn’t even finish them they was that awful. Then the McChicken itself was cold and had barley any mayo, i understand if we asked for light mayo but in this situation we didn’t. Then the nuggets was soft/soggy very unpleasant to the taste buds as well and they even forgot my sweet n sour like respectfully cmon! And the final thing is we asked for no ice in our drinks they BOTH had ice in them and it was heavy ice..

Tonight around 10:20ish I ordered the $6 double meal deal. When I got home everything was old and no fresh. You can tell in the chicken nuggets and the cheese burger that you were just very old. The bun was hard and the burger pattys looked so burnt / over cooked like they been hitting in the cubby / warmer for a while. I couldn’t even eat it. I had to throw everything away. Theres no reason at this time at night why food cant be made to order. I just had to throw away $6.56 because it wasnt edible. This isnt the first time I have been to this location and this has happen to me. I will no longer go to this location.

I don’t expect much from fast food, but this place was disgusting. Very dirty. Tables not cleaned properly in months, so there might be some roaches that left a Google review too. You can check. I can’t be bothered.
I was grateful the greasy floors had so much garbage on them because it acted as anti slip grip. Kids were playing on the playground They’ll probably be sick for Christmas. It’s a health hazard. McDonald’s needs to fire people and closer this down for a real.

This location seems overwhelmed especially the Restrooms are terrible!! Pads, tampons & bloody toilet paper, wet all over the seat, OMG isn’t that unsanitary???? I mean after Covid especially!!! This place has trash everywhere all over the parking lot as well…Corporate needs to take care of their restaurants better!! I mean come on Hillsborough County in FL.

Made an order at 10:40 for breakfast, I’m hauling a trailer so can’t go through the drive through. Wait 20 minutes for them to cancel the order at 11:01. Charged me $22, I go inside to ask about it, wait 10 minutes and not a single worker helping any of the 5 people in line waiting to order. The reviews/ratings seem to be accurate.

Filthy. Play area trash cans overflowing to the point people just left trays on their tables. Kiosks do not give receipts. Not a wiped off table, ended up using a eyeglass lense cleaner. Floor is sticky. Men’s room was disgusting. The employee that brought our food was nice, and efficient.

This place absolutely sucks. Just stop by. Waited 2 mins in drive thru and the drive thru lady would not take my order because patience is a virtue according to her. Didn’t get chance to order due to poor customer service.
