Order was incorrect, manager acted like it was my fault that the person taking it didn’t get it right. She wasted time going though the system looking for my receipt instead of taking the money I had in my hand to correct the mistake. They acted like I was attempting to scam them out of food or something. Had an attitude and made me wait for my order.

Sat in the mobile order pick up spot for 35 minutes. It was a Thur at 9am and not very busy. Drive thru was moving fine so that must have been their priority. Save yourself and don’t do mobile ordering here.

This is the McDonald’s we have always used with very little problems. But Sunday night we ordered on the app as usual and when we got there we notified them we were in the 1st space. After 30 minutes we got in the drive through and it took forever to get to where you order. After explaining my problem I was told to get out of the line, go to the second window and butt the line. I was concerned about this so I just pulled in behind the next vehicle. At the first window I again explained my problem. Finally getting to the pick up window I showed them my app order and finally after an hour I got my order. I was told this McDonald’s was under new management and no one knew what they were doing. I hope they get it straightened out soon or I will not be going back. So much for fast food.b

This McDonald’s has never once got my order right. I only put up with it because it’s so close to home and convenient but today was the last straw. They had me pull forward at the drive thru and told me someone would bring it out in just a minute. I waited 20 min before an employee came up and asked why I was waiting there. They totally forgot about me. Not ever going to this McDonald’s again.

The service is horrible at this location. Forget about fast service because they will park you and forget about you outside. I had to go inside and they seemed clueless that I had paid or nevertheless my order. Remember most folks get 1 hour for lunch. Please don’t pay these people $15 hour. Horrible service

It took 20 minutes to get my curbside pick up order. I called and was told it was on the way and it was 5 minutes after that. When I got my order of 6 chicken nuggets, they were not even hot. If I am waiting for my order that long, my food should be so hot I have to let it cool.

Drove to this location specifically for the indoor play area. It was closed and it looked like they were using it for storage. While waiting for our food my daughter kept wanting to go to different tables but each was dirtier than the last. Wife and I got the cheesy jalapeno bacon quarter pounders and my daughter got a 4 nugget happy meal. Wife modified her single, and paid to have EXTRA Pickles. it came out with 2 little pickles. I modified my double to have tomatoes (per the kiosk there should have been 3 slices of tomato). Mine came out with two little slices of tomatoes and 1 burger patty. They didn’t remake mine (which is fine) but instead put another slice of cheese over the other toppings and added a second burger patty on top of that. Between me and my wife’s two jalapeno burgers we had 3 total slices of jalapenos. the cheese sauce looked like toothpaste and would fit under a quarter. My daughter really wanted the “fire girl” as her toy, instead got gale the air toy. We went to the counter to see if we could get one of the two ember toys. and the lady that brought out our order was happy to help. She asked if anyone knew if there were fire toys in the back before she went back to look for no reason. then another young employee says (very rudely in my opinion) “WE DONT LOOK FOR SPECIFIC TOYS”. My 4 year old daughter left in tears because she couldn’t get the toy she wanted, play in the play area, and the toy she did get did work they way she wanted it to.

This location is dirty I’ve seen roaches on counters and the bathroom is never cleaned. I’ve also gotten undercooked meat given to me and they seemed to have no regards once I brought it up to them horrible establishment

Every single table was dirty, fries old even though we ordered as soon as bfast was over at 10:30. Closed the kids play area and store boxes in it instead. Refused to swap my kids toy from her happy meal and made her cry, slow service, messed up my husband’s order, charged .40 for pickles and gave him 2. Mold at drink fountain on spouts and drains! These people want 20+ an hour?!? Ha. Go to Chick Fila, least they will treat you as an individual without eye rolls every second.
