I’m extremely upset about my experience at McDonald’s. Last night I was served a burger that was clearly undercooked and pink in the middle. When I showed it to the staff, they replaced my order, which shows they recognized there was a problem with the food they served me. Since eating it, I’ve been feeling very sick and I’m going to the doctor tonight to be checked for food poisoning. Serving undercooked meat is a serious food safety issue and could make someone very ill. I expect management to take this seriously and address the problem so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Customers should be able to trust that the food they are given is cooked properly and safe to eat.

Very disappointed! All the kiosks were not working/closed. The electronic menu on the wall consisted of 2 sides. 1 side listed half the menu continuously, but other side advertised McDonalds most of the time, and briefly showed the other half of the menu between advertisements. We had to wait thru the ads to quickly try to read the menu before it changed to ads again. The price of other than combo meals was not always posted. McDonalds used to be a good value. We paid almost $17 for only a fish sandwich, daily double burger, medium fries and 2 tap waters. The cashier didn’t warn us that they were charging $1.59 plus tax for each cup of tap water.
What a rip off!
I didn’t see the price of fries listed, but maybe that was because the electronic board spent most of the time showing ads. $4.79 for medium fries. And the Daily Double had no description of what that was. McDonald’s used to be a nice little inexpensive treat. We will not be going back to that McDonalds. I read that not all McDonalds charge for tap water, in fact, I have never been charged for tap water at any restaurant before.

I took my daughter to McDonald’s to celebrate her last day of school. I don’t remember going to this McDonald’s before, but I will say Top to Bottom… this is the best McDonald’s (I’ve been to) in this area. I’ve been to several and but taste of the food to the service was great. I will come back to this McDonald’s again even though this McDonald’s is not the closest to me.

Here’s an interesting observation. I recently went to McDonald’s in Poland. And despite it being an American company all the way across the Atlantic Ocean, the service was fast and the food was hot. I returned home to the US with friends from Poland. They were excited to experience McDonald’s in the States. We came to this location. And despite to it being 6 people in the order lobby it took 10 minutes for anyone behind the counter to acknowledge and come to address our concerns or to see what we needed. Unfortunately, I was embarrassed by the service we received and especially for those traveling with me. I know service Is not the same as it used to be but it is hard to believe that it has gotten this bad. I understand why patronage is down here at the local McDonald’s and judging from what I experienced, it will continue to be much worse for quite some time. The franchisee of this particular location should fix this immediately because it is negatively affecting his or her bottom line. Bad customer service is always unacceptable.

Always have a good experience with this location. They are always fast and friendly. The sauces and napkins are always in there with the order. None of the other locations I have been to have even been as consistent and wonderful as this one!

Not the best experience. The girl who was taking the drive through orders didnt listen and put in a wrong sandwich and an extra meal, then the girl taking cash didnt have the ability to fix it on her screen and noone would help her edit the order until she got the manager, then there was confusion at the pick up window because the labels matched the original wrong order. We had asked at the order speaker for her to read the order back because it didnt feel right, and then yet again at the payment window before presenting payment. The staff need more guidance to be successful.

I don’t frequent fast food places but today I wanted some French fries and a cheat meal lunch. Made a quick drive-thru stop at this location and I was very impressed with the service. It was peak lunch time and I initially hesitated because I know how long the lines can get but WOW I was served within minutes. The lady taking my order was very eloquent, the young man at the first window looked sharp and ready to work and the man that gave me my order was in contagious bubbly mood. He gave me plenty of napkins and 2 kinds of dipping sauces without me asking for it like I usually do. Great experience overall! Management is clearly doing something good here.

Late night run to mc D’s drive through girl was excellent! She had red dreads i unfortunately didn’t get her name. The girl who handed me my food at the 2nd windows was excellent as well. Best experience i have ever had at a McDonald’s

This location has recently been remodeled, so make sure to have a different experience! We did mobile ordering and they got our food out quickly. It also tasted fair. However, the play place was still being worked on. Overall, a decent McDonald’s with no problems.
