I mean just wow!!! I’m always careful to clean the coffee pot to make sure this does not happen when giving coffee at my work. But to get this from McDonald’s??? So disappointing so glad I didn’t drink it all.

The food is great bigmacs, quarter pounders with cheese, and the famous mouth watering french fries are so good! The mcchicken is delicious too. The Meal Deal is great! Drive thru always convenient sometimes there is a wait but worth it!

The food and order accuracy at this location has been better then the other location in Ruskin. Staffing seemed good in the kitchen personel were energetic and polite. I just wish it was cleaner.

This place OFTEN gives you the Wrong order. 3 times in one week. Last time I was there and ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle and was charges over 9.00. They did not give me a receipt. Rip off..

Whenever I visit this location I go through the drive-thru. Today it was really busy. So I walked in to order my dinner. While waiting for my dinner I went to fill my my beverage the machine was so filthy it had green mold coming out the side I ask the workers along with the manager how often do they clean the drink machine. No one had no idea including the manager by me working for the state I took pictures. Because this can cause bacteria children can get sick the elderly can get sick any of us the manager not to have no idea disturbs me. Once I receive my food the fries were cold I end up just throwing the food in the garbage it was only $7.08 anyway. I was more upset because of the filthiness and no one cared. I end up leaving going to Chick-fil-A please look at photos below

Last time I went I ordered a number 5 meal and the lady in the drive-thru typed in apple pie. I pointed it out like “hey it says apple pie on the screen, I ordered a number five meal can we adjust that?” Easy fix right, no worries. Instead all I get back is “I HEARD YOU!” So I just left. The two other times I have been here, pretty much the same experience. My soda was flat, and the food was off, also part of my order has been missing twice. I’m going to avoid this McDonalds at this point, it’s been bad experiences all around.

Grimace shake shortages have rocked the nation but this place had the purple drip drip for yours truly. I got the taste bud goods and down them with delight. My savory sandwich was the pickle on the bun. Floors are waxed so if yall are looking for a lawsuit or ice skaters, say no more. Play place closed since 2020, so sad. Kids cry, but no one hears them.

I am very disappointed with this McDonald’s here in Ruskin on College Avenue! When I paid for my breakfast I asked the lady if she can give me the receipt so she told me to get it on the next window, when I asked the blond short hair teenager for the receipt she said for me to park on the side that they will bring it out for me. I was running late because I had an appointment at the doctors so I told her it’s OK I do not need a receipt can I just have a cup of water? And the girl was very rude and told me to go to the side that they will bring it out because it takes time for them to make the water. Then I told her can I speak to a manager, The manager was right next to her and she said you still have to go to the side because it takes us time to make you a water ! She also had an attitude and was very rude. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for years. I will not return back. This McDonald’s needs to hire people that are happy with your job.

Don’t waste your time they got my order wrong and when I turned right around to address this the manager CHRIS caught we an attitude and act as though not giving me my complete order was an option. Just rude, nasty, and dismissive even when she gave the food she slung it at me. Worst of all I waited so long the rest of my food was cold. I will never go back to this McDonald’s it was so bad I reported it.
