I come here all the time for a quick bite or coffee before work. I work as a Deputy and a few times I’ve driven through in uniform, and the employees went above and beyond
immediately offering a discount, thanking me for my service, and even comping my meal for free. That kind of genuine kindness really hits home. I 100% recommend visiting this McDonald’s because they truly support local law enforcement.

Went thru the drive thru. The girl who took my order was very nice the person who gave me my food was handing me my food while she was busy looking else where never once did she look at me then I told her I am missing a tea so she got it and the whole time she was looking up at her screen. The food was cold so that was a waste of my money and time.I live in Bradenton but was in Ruskin on my way home I should of waited and got McDonald’s in Bradenton she didn’t even give me a receipt

The manager on shift this morning named Kim took our order through the drive thru and was extremely rude, we made a mistake and then she couldn’t understand us. Now I’ve worked in customer service for 4 years and never in my life have I been told that it is okay to give a customer attitude when you can’t understand. Mind you all we asked for was 3 meals. When we went up to the window she didn’t say a word to us just handed the food and drinks. Had a face and truly I hope her day gets better but that was not a good experience at all. Lady that took payment at the first window was very kind though! And all the food tastes amazing!

MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I arrived at this location at 5:30am. Nothing was open ( dine in [5am-12am] or drive thru [24hrs] ) the orange haired manager yes at me through the pocket front doors that they were not open yet and to go away. Really?! . I get desperation sets in to hire in folks but to be treated like this so early in the morning is uncalled for. I hope she has a better day because to start her day like that is miserable.

I was just passing through Ruskin. I do not live here. I stopped at this McDonald’s and your back cash girl is great. The order taker asked me if I’m gonna be using my mobile app very polite the girl in the window and present very polite. Both said have a nice day. My bagel was soft and warm. Perfect my hash brown was fresh and hot. Great experience thank you Ruskin McDonald’s.

Most unprofessional and rude staff and management of a McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. I placed a mobile order for counter pick up after 12am. When I arrived there was a line of cars wrapping around the building and got a notification that my order was ready. They refused to bring it to the door and said I had to get in line for the drive thru despite my order being ready. Also note I watched them make a Sunday and McFlurry while I stood at the door. I then called and the manager told me to park and walk up to the drive thru window. I was able to pull up to the window where they gave me my hot food and drink but told me no McFlurry that the ice cream machine shuts down at 12, while there was a milkshake on the counter behind the guy and after I watched them make a Sunday. Absolutely insane unprofessionalism.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve personally lived by. Everytime I am coming home late from work and want to order mobile they have it switched to breakfast at 8pm so you can’t order through the app and use any deals. It’s pathetic. It’s fine if you don’t want my money though I’ll just keep heading to KFC next door while you guys don’t have a line and are too lazy to take mobile orders.

We used the drive through on a Saturday morning just about 8am of January 2024. We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and were asked to wait and pull forward. The food came out in about 5 minutes. We spoke with a total of three of the employees and they all seemed very cheerful and nice.
