Went for the limited time monopoly stickers, and they gave me none for the food that I specifically ordered that had them. They put my nuggets in the wrong box so I didn’t get the stickers, and blatantly gas lit me about the QPC coming with stickers. Never coming back again.

Everytime I come to this location, no matter how much in advance I place my order, my order is never ready. They always pull me, even without my drinks. At least have the courtesy to have the drinks ready. This visit I didn’t even get a drink carrier with my order and I had 4 drinks. If it wasn’t close to my house, I wouldn’t stop here

Every time I have visited this specific McDonald’s not only do the employees just look like they have no idea what they’re doing they don’t welcome you in there’s no one at the front register I have sat there and watch countless orders just sit there and be pushed to the side while customers and DoorDashers are waiting for those orders along with when they’re asked where’s my food they just turn around and walk away they are an absolute joke at this restaurant including every single member of management when you bring it to a manager’s attention they just ignore it but it’s funny how when you have corporate come in magically they know how to work in the store and they know how to be polite they know how to be courteous they get the job done they get the food out but unless corporate is there every single day that restaurant is nothing but a joke Long wait lines long times to wait for food clearing the screen before the food is even delivered so that their numbers look good That’s ridiculous McDonald’s should do better

I absolutely love McDonald’s. Is by far my favorite fast food place to go to I’ve been going there my entire life.
It’s the most consistent restaurant for food quality, service and cleanliness. I eat there 2-3 a week.
Some of my favorite things to get there are the Big Mac, Quarter Pounder with cheese, French Fries and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich.

Very great atmosphere, Usually you will get a sandwich with a bite taken from it and a spit on your fries.

Every time I have been to this McDonalds, everything about it is terrible. I have never once gotten my food at the window, I have to pull forward and wait another 5/10 minutes every time. This time the food was also stale, the fries, nuggets, and chicken sandwich. I don’t understand how I have to wait around for an extra 10/15 minutes and still get food that is stale. I love McDonalds and have been going my whole life, but I promise I will NEVER go to this location again. Would rather starve.

So I have been recently having alot of issues with this store within the almost 17 years of my 20 long years of life within this area ive seen many workers managers and so on come and go, but these people in here during the night and morning shift do NOT know what theyre doing and the managers do nothing to resolve their issues, every time I order online there they either decline my order, have given me half my order, have told the drivers their closed when I can call the store and the phone rings..
The last time I ordered there they messed my order up so bad they had given me absolutely nothing I wanted and only one small desert item I didnt pay for. In the end I lost 23 dollars and had starved that night when going to bed.. I called the morning after trying to get something a comp order or maybe even my money back somehow but I couldnt the best I got was a 10 piece nugget and that was is not anything from the order just one item from it. I was then also told I had to pay for something that i had shown the manager I never received on my order the night before.. so essentially I got scammed outta 26 dollars at this point for barely any service help or compensation for the complete sideways slap I was given for spending my hard earned money at this store..

We ordered online, but they said the system was rebooting.
So, we tried to order in person- they said they can’t take any orders.
I tried to cancel the online order, but it said it was already being prepared and couldn’t be canceled…
We said we would wait for the system, and they didn’t respond…

You seem to never get your order, right. No matter what time it is. Either sauces are missing Or you have to wait because the order was given to the wrong person. Can fix it cause it’s pretty easy to fix
