I would really like to know why I sat at drive thru #2 for 30 minutes for a McDouble and Big Mac and a happy then when I get to finally eat I find hair so big in my fries that I literally pulled a fry out of my mouth by the hair then I tried to call to complain and it just rang for 5 minutes what is so hard about making peoples food properly!! To top it off when I went inside to complain the girl who was bringing food to car told my wife after offering the wrong order 4 time maybe you should just go inside!! Keep in mind I’m dealing with this after a 14 hour shift I’m absolutely livid corporate will be getting the worst call tomorrow they have ever had.

Consistently terrible service each time I have been to this location. This last visit I waited over 15 minutes for an online pickup. When they finally made my order after I went inside, no apology for the delay, no courtesy or humility just a grunt and handed me a bag.

Employees seem exhausted and I couldn’t get fresh fries no matter how I asked. I wasn’t in the mood to become confrontational, so I’ll just stay with this location as well. So far almost all the McDonald’s In Brandon seems to be terrible…. only up in east Bloomingdale will you find the friendliest employees and the freshest food.

Had one of the worst fast food experiences ever at this McDonald’s. I waited about 30 minutes after placing my order at the counter, hoping someone would come to the register so I could pay—no one showed up, and it was like I was invisible to the staff. When I finally asked for help, the manager came over with a nasty attitude, blamed me for not notifying them—even though I had already told her I’d placed my order! Instead of taking responsibility, she was rude, dismissive, and treated me as if I was the problem rather than a paying customer. Absolutely appalling service, and the manager should not be in charge of any kind of customer-facing business. Don’t waste your time or money at this location—the staff is unprofessional, and the manager is horribly disrespectful and clueless about customer service. Avoid at all costs!

I stopped going to this location because late night staff was rude and unfriendly and the food was subpar. I was giving this location another chance for late night (12:45am) I waited at the speaker for about 5 minutes just to be told they were “cash only” at that time!!! I should of never wasted my time.

I often stop here late at night after work, and the team usually does a great job.
Even when it’s busy, the line moves quickly and the food comes out fresh.

I went to this McDonalds on 4/8 and had the worst experience. The person taking the order wouldn’t let me get a word in to complete my order. The person handing me the food was rude and the manager was even worse. No professionalism and no proper etiquette. I get it’s fast food, but it costs nothing to be kind and do your job. Then to get home and receive a sandwich that looks like this…. completely disgusting. The only saving grace was the young man who took my money. Polite, helpful and kind. The manager and the “minor” who gave me the food should take a page from his book.
