I stop at this McDonald’s every morning on the way to work for the .99¢ iced coffee or free iced medium latte with a $1 purchase. The management, staff, and overall cleanliness of the restaurant is top notch. Kudos and all the compliments to morning crew, I’m unaware of their names, but the male manager in the first window and female team member at the second window make my mornings easy peasy lemon squeezy. This McDonald’s makes the best iced coffees and iced lattes! All in all, I will continue to get my morning wake me ups at this McDonald’s long after the coupon ends.

I normally have great experiences at this location. I literally drive out of the way to go here over another Mcdonald’s that is closer to my house (Linebaugh). I actually had to pull to the side cause my order was large and I was totally fine with that Well, they stuff out of my order so I had to drive back around in the the drive-through (as the food is getting cold) And I said we are missing a sandwich and nuggets from my order and like no we did not everything‘s in the bag like well here’s the bags look inside. I said It’s not. they waited for a minute and they’re like OK. Let me see the bag because I told me again. No, we gave you everything like no you didn’t so anyway basically they called me a liar three times. I’m not sure when I’ll be back. I swear, can’t win and the sad part is they actually took the bags and dug through the bags which I know it was a violation and health violation and still proceeded to call me a liar. Pathetic is the only word I have for this, oh and health code violation!!!

Today I am rating this service a 1 star due to the manager Donny he was seeming to have such a rough morning only “collecting money at the back window” it started when I wanted to use a code he started telling me no I can’t use it ur total is just going to stay the same so I said can you please just put the code in me knowing I can at least collect the points for it he started to argue back and forth over it so I left the drive thru went inside we’re I was greeted with such great manner from a younger employee I believe he said his name was also Donnie ? Such a sweet kid helped me with what I needed he also explained to me what the manager did not (my sandwiches were buy one get one for a 1$) so that explained why he said my total was not going to change . And telling me his codes were down . Thanks to the younger employee Donnie I will return! .. as for the manager he needs to understand customer service and how to talk to them .

Took so long to get someone up front to pay for our order, took long to get the food, people were loud and yelling in the kitchen and it wasn’t even busy at all, it was actually empty. The food was meh, just wish the sauce was actually over the whole burger and not half in the box and half on one side of the burger.

Served Raw Burgers after waiting nearly 30 minutes. Manager never bothered to contact me, after I put in a legitimate complaint.

Ordered a Bacon Ranch Mcrispy and when I went to remake it it before eating it, I found tape or some kind of clear plastic paper. I went back and had them remake it, just for my new sandwich not to have lettuce. Like seriously.? Also no manager came to the window or apologized, they acted as if it was normal.

Very disappointed. After my husband asked for different fries that were fresh. This is what they gave him.. I think the picture of speaks for itself. Also, the big Macs were not fresh and dry.

Never thought I would be writing a review for a McDonald’s but I would take your business elsewhere. I ordered a 4 nugget kids meal and the kid who took my order rang it in as a 6 count and upsized my drink without me asking. I had him correct it at the window and he kept the upsized drink on the ticket upon swiping my card. They are clearly overcharging people on purpose at this location.

The manager on duty Tyrone was extremely sweet and kind. He brought my order to the table and politely asked if there was anything else he could do to accommodate us. McDonald’s staff is usually never friendly and get a bad reputation but this particular location has the friendliest staff. The service was quick and my food was FRESH.
