Every time I go to this McDonald’s they forget something. Today it was my hash browns. I stopped going to this McDonalds for the longest time because they couldn’t put the food I ordered in the bag. When you order on the app there is no way to report that they screwed up and forgot the food you paid for. Whoever is responsible for training the employee who bags the food should be fired because they can’t read. This will be the last time I go to this McDonald’s. Last time I checked when a customer doesn’t receive what they ordered and what they paid for that’s theft. So this location steals constantly from their customer base. I bet their inventory is so screwed up from lack of care for the customers.

I go there 2 or 3 times a month to have lunch with my 14 year old son. I order in the kiosk, we sit and wait and I’ve never got the wrong order or missing something. And the person bringing the food is always nice and polite. In my experience, this is the best McDonald’s I’ve visit in Tampa. I even told my son that i love going to that one. Not sure if its because i don’t order in person, lol, im surprised to see so many bad reviews.

TERRIBLE customer service here. I arrived today and found myself to be the only one in line. When I pulled around to pay, all the parking spots for the drive thru waiting were full. Sure enough, the young lady made me pull up when a parking spot became available (see photos). I waited over 10 minutes for my order, and when the food came, a very rude and unprofessional basement dweller of a young man greeted me with “What did you have” in a disgusted tone. Working at McDonald’s shouldn’t be a mark of shame, but the people that work here make it so. The next time I want a burger, I’ll go to Glory Days Grill down the road where the service and food quality are far superior for the same price.

Worst McDonald’s in the Tampa area period. They are open 24 hours and are close to my house. But they forget stuff all the time. I can’t count how many times I got home and was missing sauces, or complete items. I now check, but after this last fiasco I won’t be back. They forgot to give me a McFlurry, so when I got home I called them, and they told me they would take my name because I couldn’t come back that same day. They told me all I had to do was tell them my name when I go back, and they would give me the McFlurry they missed. So I go back later that week, and tell the lady taking my order what happened. She asked for my name and said ok, come on up. When I get up there the lady acted like she had no clue what I was talking about. Then another guy came over and said he couldn’t do anything and if I still had my receipt. I told him I didn’t. And explained they took my name down. He said the info wasn’t passed down and he couldn’t give me my McFlurry. So that will be the last of my money that the Hernandez family gets from me. I will not go to any of their McDonald’s now. The way they run this store? I even came in one night and there was pule all over a table and floor. It took forever for them to come to the register to take my order, and no one cleaned it up. Sucks because I will have to drive considerably further for another 24 hour location.

Queen is absolutely amazing. She is the type of dedicated, hard working, sociable, and charismatic person you want taking care of you at a restaurant. The food was perfect the service was hands down the best. 10/10 will be coming back.

Food was ready shortly after arrival. Food was chain quality, which is okay for what it is. Restaurant was a little modern. Drinks are still self service here, which is preferred.

I have no idea who this family is that owns it that thinks they’re so special, but you’re doing an awful job. Your people are jerks, condescending and incompetent. I ordered chicken nuggets as part of our order, asked for sweet and sour sauce. It wasn’t in the bag, she said it was in the box, it wasn’t, I had to show her, she got really mad, about tossed 2 packs at me and slammed the window closed. Then when I got home and opened the double cheeseburgers, they were smashed all over the wrapper. I’ve had other issues with this location and no one has ever responded to complaints. I can’t imagine I’ll ever go back here. I don’t need to be treated that way or pay for smashed food.

Ordered a 10 pc nugget meal and paid for it. Got home and there was a miss count on what I paid for. I actually received 8 not 10.
Michael refused to fix this problem over the phone and claims he’s watched and counted every meal that has gone out.. then proceeds to tell me he is the boss of that location and there isn’t anybody above him.
I don’t think it’s too much to ask for this to be fixed instead all I received was “Yeah… there’s nothing I can do about that.” Lying about a miscount on their end is childish. I simply wanted what I paid for to be fixed.
I’ll make sure to call in the morning tomorrow and find out who the actual gm is of this location.

Food was ok but staff seems to not really care just the vibe i got and theres no heat in the resteraunt was going to eat in but it was colder in the building than outside so we ended eating in my car when you dine in you expect to escape the elements and relax not freeze
