Went through the drive through to get a Diet Coke – my fault for not thoroughly searching my drink to make sure it’s safe to drink. Hopefully whatever this was isn’t hazardous or poisonous as I took a sip before realizing this was in my drink. When I called to report to the manager that they had left trash in my drink she simply stated she doesn’t see how that could happen and took zero care. That tells me she and her staff will continue to not care, whatsoever about the safety of their customers.

i never write reviews but i feel this one is necessary. i wish i could give 0 stars but unfortunately i cannot. i ordered breakfast curbside around 930 this morning. when i arrived, there was no curbside spots available so i waited a minute or two for one to open. i put the spot number into the app and it says a spot wasn’t entered so i have to go to the drive thru and tell them my order number. when i do. they say it’s invalid and to pull around. i pull around and tell them what i ordered and they say they are getting it ready and to pull into spot number 6. i waited in spot number 6 for almost an hour, watching them bring out a million other orders and none of them were mine. i waited for an hour. once it hit 11am i left without my food bc they are no longer serving breakfast and i never got my food. so i paid this mcdonald’s $10 for my food and received nothing.

This place has to do better. Drive thru is always a disaster so I ordered inside. Empty sweet tea, no straws to be found and the place is dirty. At least the food came out fairly quickly this time. This place needs new managers!!!

There is nothing “fast” about this fast food place. It ALWAYS takes forever in the drive thru. Even with a small order, you’ll probably be asked to pull into a spot and wait. The service is mediocre at best, and maybe you’ll get your order correctly….

No real issue with food or necessarily any staff I barely dealt with. Make it make sense tho you have a manager screaming at the top of her lungs at her employees while customers were in the building. GREAT atmosphere lol your managers need to learn how to talk to people, maybe you’ll get results then.

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and by far the worst McDonald’s food was slopped together mayo goes on one side of the bread not just the literal edge of it lettuce wasn’t green or fresh, chicken has been sitting for awhile it was hard and bread was very rubbery and burnt! Whoever is doin the cooking in here needs to b fired and the manager should b ashamed to let food go out like that !! I wont b back yuck!!!

I’m generally patient with the food service industry, but when I order through the App to help both the staff’s efficiency and mine, and there are STILL issues, that’s a problem.

On Monday, August 25, 2025, I ordered at 4:31 PM. At the service window, I was given the wrong beverages. I told Zay it was a large Diet Coke. He corrected it and asked me to wait in Curbside #2, which was full, so I waited in #1. I watched car after car receive orders in drive-thru and curbside. I also asked Keeley to add sweet n sour sauce per my girlfriend’s request.

While waiting, I realized I had a Dr. Pepper—not Diet Coke. At 4:51 PM, I entered the restaurant, showed Keeley my order, and gave code “TL65.” She spoke with Thomas, then asked what my order was—suggesting it wasn’t ready. I asked if they needed to make it; she said “Probably.” At that point, I had waited too long and requested a refund. Thomas gave me $15.17, though the order cost $16.03.
So now I’ve lost both time and money trying to use an App meant to improve the process.

Mistakes happen, but McDonald’s still made money while I left with nothing. Make it make sense?

Just like the rest of Zephyrhills everything about this place is slow. Slow service. Slow cook time. Like not just 2,3 or 4 different visits but EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU COME TO THIS LOCATION expect to wait 10-25 minutes. No matter what you order. Could be coffee or 3. Large meals. Always taking forever. Even when placing order ahead of time with 4 digit code. Doesn’t do you any justice. Wonder if the manager/ owner will see all the bad reviews and do something about it

This mcdonalds sucks. their icecream machine is always “broken”, and they never have hot chocolate. very slow service, took me 30 minutes just to get a frappe. Do not come to this mcdonalds, also very dirty.
