Staff is more focused on door dash and uber orders and not focused at all on patrons who were eating in. They did not call our oder number but instead put our food on the rack and let it sit there for over 15 minutes. The food was cold. So much for fast food.

food is normal, yet for the past 2 years of coming to this place whenever I ask for any type of sauce in the drive thru they take it upon themselves to completely forget it. I understand people forget but it’s unacceptable at this point, I shouldn’t have to go inside and complain because somebody can’t do their job right, and the craziest thing is most of the time they CHARGE you for sauce!

This store is the best from always getting my order right, to the amazing staff they really make McDonald’s shine! They go out of their way to ensure your food is fresh and correct. All their employees seem like they like their job, nobody is ever rude it’s like a breathe of fresh air compared to Tampa stores. I love you Tina!

This location is a hot mess. It’s always mobbed. You can expect to wait awhile for your food going through the drive thru. If you decide to go inside be prepared to wait even longer. Once inside, good luck trying to get a employee to help you. You’ll have to order off the menu board, then the wait begins in front of a small window with five other customers waiting for their food. If your lucky a employee will briefly appear with your order and wait a minute for you to check it’s accuracy which you have a 50/50 percent chance that it’s correct. Drive up the road to their newest location where you’re actually treated with respect.

Went to this McDonald’s for the first time since Covid. I should have stayed away completely. Had the quarter pounder with cheese and the meat was RAW on the inside and my wife had same and it was also raw. We asked for another one and would you believe it was also RAW. Decided to cut my lose and just at the fries and vanilla shake. I’m done with any McDonald’s. I’m a twice transplanted liver patient and just had a kidney transplant. Raw meat can ” KILL” me on the spot. Thank you McDonald’s for your SERVICE but you won’t be serving me anymore.

Yall charge 3.5x more than you used to an snack wraps. Yet throw rubbery small tenders in em half the time. This is the only reason i come to mcdonalds as the rest of yalls food is gross. When i worked at this mcdonalds they told us if the tenders were that small to use two of them. Super sad that yall think you can charge triple for half the size. Newly remodeled interior. Looks more modern and sophisticated. The cashier desk is almost non-existent and looks more like a office than a fast food joint. They have kiosk to order from that makes the whole experience a little less personal than I like it to be but you can’t stop the future. Machines replacing jobs of high school drop outs, under achievers and people stripped of all opportunities.

Place is a literal joke. I ordered through Uber Eats. I understand that is a 3rd party however my order gets made and never shows up. I called Uber Eats and according to them McDonald’s is still making my order. So which is it? Is McDonald’s telling the truth? Was my order picked up? Or is Uber Eats telling the truth that a driver never confirmed the order. So I call McDonald’s no one answers the phone. I called 10 times and gave them space in between they may be busy. After a while I jump in my car drive down and talk to the manager a white lady and I tell her the situation / scenario and she tells me it isn’t her problem. Uber Eats is responsible. I understand it’s 3rd party but I’m your customer at the end of the day. I wanna feed my family after a long stressful day. Horrible experience. I’ve been in food service for over 15 years and have never treated someone like this. Now I’m stuck with $60 in limbo waiting 3-5 business days for a refund I need to feed my family now. DON’T GO HERE. IM POSTING ON FB, IG, TIKTOK all channels. Don’t come here!

Make sure you check your order before you leave!!!! Ordered a happy meal with 4 nuggets and get a sausage patty!!! How can you be so blatant to mess up an order like this?!?!?!?!? Could not go back due to a Dr’s appointment, but make sure you get everything right, and if not, return it ASAP!!!

Yall are gross. How do I add pictures? Simple order they managed to smash up, dunk into mayo and ketchup…yall put 0 effort into it and it shows. I’m almost positive somebody did something dirty to it because theres no oversight or consequences…doordah even denied a refund for an item I didn’t even get. I hope yall get fired cause youre nasty.
