Alright I’ve been ordering from this McDonald’s for about a month now and I gotta say. The food & service here are pretty good. Like the burgers, the fries, and their amazing chicken mcnuggets are always being made in high quality. And the workers work very fast, too. Very recommended.

This location is consistently slow and disappointing. I watched a front-end employee take an already prepared Big Mac and simply remove the pickles to fulfill a “customized” order. On top of that, the “fresh out of the oven” cookies were clearly just microwaved.
I worked at McDonald’s in the early 2000s, and the difference in standards is obvious. Quality, care, and value have all declined significantly. Convenience alone isn’t enough to justify coming here anymore, especially at this location.
Do better.

Waited a while at Drive thru. When we finally got our order, it was the wrong one, but we didn’t discover until on highway. Couldn’t turn around. Got a very dry single hamburger (had ordered a double cheeseburger). Also got a plain dry chicken sandwich, instead of her double cheeseburger, no pickle. UGH‼ Come on McDonald’s. It’s NOT ROCKET SCIENCE‼

I’ve told myself I was going to stop coming to this location; yet, I was fooled again. A simple order of sausage McMuffins, add cheese turned into HAM, egg and cheese McMuffins. The lady even asked me, “No egg?” and I said, “No, thank you.” Then, waited 25 minutes for the order, when people with more complex orders were getting their food faster. Employees gossiping about other employees, cursing at each other, and one singular woman handling and handing out the food. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I won’t be going back.

The amount of times I would use this McDonald’s and it ends up taking 30+ minutes just to receive my order DESPITE there only being 1-2 customers ahead of me, just to have my order done incorrectly is ridiculous. Take forever just to place a mobile order, takes forever placing an order from the register. It’s ridiculous.

I’ve been to this mcdonald’s a few times for breakfast.Hotcakes are always hard or burnt.Looking coffee never taste how you order it to be.Sometimes the drive through staff can be rude when you ask them for condiments.But now, with the mcdonald’s monopolies sweepstates, I ordered a large coffee.This morning with an egg mcmuffin and I didn’t get my mcdonald’s piece for my large coffee that it advertised in the menu.I also noticed that certain mcdonald’s, you can order the same thing.At one and get the mcdonald pieces and the same thing.You order in the other you don’t get the monopoly pieces which I think that’s a big rip off

WORSE MCDONALDS EVER. I ordered a large meal and get home and had no fries what so ever. Check the receipt and YES I paid for a large meal. I called and spoke with manager and she said she would honor a large fry for me. 8 months pregnant and that can irritate some hormones lol. I went up to McDonald’s , gave my name, and they would NOT give me the large fry I was owed. Treated me like I was lying… TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE LOCATION.
