I just have to say that sometimes the service is very average and even a bit below average. I just went by for a late night snack around midnight and I ordered a double quarter pounder meal but when they first gave it to me, they completely forgot to put any fries in the bag, and when I got home, I realized they also mistakenly made it as a regular quarter pounder and not a double quarter pounder as I ordered. The food is usually halfway decent, but the service can be seriously lacking at times. I would’ve used the survey code on the receipt to review, but they also never give receipts as well. Please do better.

This is a very clean McDonald’s. The service is faster than any of the other McDonald’s I’ve been to in North Palm Beach. They always get my order right too. There is always a clean place to sit down. I never stop anywhere else. I drove past two McDonald’s getting to this one

Wow, what a train wreck. They have an intake girl who doesn’t speak English and isn’t trained. Carl, the manager has a line of angry customers because the wait time is a minimum 18 minutes. Intake girl would not give me change. Told Carl and he ignored my request for change. Another gentleman complained and he ignored him. A woman parked and came in from the drive through because they couldn’t get her order right. Its basically a disaster. Tried to take the survey but the receipt didn’t print out well and the QR code and pertinent numbers are missing. What a nightmare. Best to go anywhere else.

Even though I did a review on the app Shatavia is the best coworker she always gives her heart and best at work she is always professional , friendly and most importantly patient I haven’t been to this McDonald’s in a while due to the bad service
But when to decided to give it one more chance I’m glad I met it Shatavia I am so overjoyed my heart was so happy an be happy you should see how she interacted with other customers she has a conversation with us I witnessed it while we sit in our cars for our food she always will ask how is your day ? or night holding normal conversation
I remember last week I told her my aunt passed away , she went way and beyond for me made sure I was good , she even offered to grab my food for me just to bring it outside to me and gave me a hug and said I’m here for you! I couldn’t help but love on her I love her energy and respectfulness

Why do you enjoy eating at this fast food place, because the food is great and no other fast food can come close to the quality food and great customers services. Restroom and always clean, I don’t eat at places where the Restroom are nasty , floors and tables have trash left from customers eating, that’s how you get sick.

If I can rate it 0 I would. The customer service was terrible tonight. 9/30 at 8:20pm. Idk what lady was working the drive through but very rude. Took my order for 2 things, told me she would be back. Took the other persons order before me, even tho I was there before him. Comes back to me, continued my order but keeps asking if that’ll complete my order, I told her multiple times that I was adding a few items. I then can hear her telling the guy his total. Comes back to me and says “can you complete your order” with an attitude. I wasn’t even done but at that point, I didn’t even want to speak to her anymore so I asked what my total was and to complete the order. She didn’t say anything and ignored me. So I pulled up to the window and she was literally talking about me. To her coworker. Didn’t acknowledge me. Had her back to me the entire time. Talking about me. I’m sorry but if you can’t stand having to repeat yourself, you don’t need to work there. Find a new job. The coworker that she was speaking to about me, then leans over and looks at me. I nodded in disappointment and drove off. Everyone there is normally nice when I come. Looks like it’s new staff. That girl needs to be fired

I never ever go to McDonald’s, I just tried their Drive Thru window to get a large soda as I was super thirsty and it was 9 pm. Ended up getting stuck in their Drive Thru lane for about 10 minutes for a cup of soda. When I got to the window they did not even apologize for the wait. I asked politely “are you guys OK?” and the guy answered rudely that they were changing shifts. Poor service.

Every single time I go there on my lunch break there is a small Spanish lady in the drive thru window. Never have I ever seen someone have as much attitude as her working at a fast food restaurant. She rolls her eyes when I want sauce & says I should have been said it at the window. I will never be back to this location, The unwelcoming energy they have here is awful.
