Manager doesn’t like her job it is a problem for her to do the job she is paid for .. big fuss over a sweet tea with no ice. That was to hard for them to accomplish. And when the were told it was wrong they didn’t want to correct it just wanted to give attitude when I asked them to correct it . Watched 5 orders go out so I asked for a refund and she did finally give me a refund and still kept the 3 pennies from the 3 dollars I gave to begin with

I’m giving this location three stars mainly because of the kind young woman at the drive-thru window who tried to help me by adding an extra order of fries at the window. She had already told me the price and accepted my payment, but her manager, Kena, said the order couldn’t be added, so the employee had to return my money. It was frustrating for both of us. I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t have the energy to go back through the drive-thru to place a separate order, which made the situation more disappointing than it needed to be. Anyways, I left without the fries because again I barely could hold myself up and was just trying to make it home so I could lay down but I was with my mother who wanted to stop and grab something quick to eat.

Its a McDonalds! Fries are usually really hot but my order is always fast and correct. The drive thru guy that works evenings is always really friendly and always smiling – he assured me that eating there as much as I do is okay lol

Big Mac still delicious – but slightly smaller than my first one from way back when – Regular fries didnt taste like the usual 5 Star french fries they offer or that they are known to be – Small hamburgers were DRY ( no taste)…Burger King much better bang for your buck (sorry).

If I could give a zero star review I would. The customer service at this McDonald’s is terrible. Every time I go in and need help with my order because my order is wrong (everytime), I’m left standing by the counter ignored. I make eye contact with the workers, say hello and the workers do not say a word to me. They look completely miserable working and they look/act like they can’t be bothered with my presence. I ask for sauce or napkins at the drive through and I’m given nothing but attitude. I hope someone from corporate see’s this because if even a manager reads this, I doubt it would change a thing.

My husband and I frequent this location on our way home from University of Miami hospital when I get radiation on our way back up to Port St Lucie. It always hits right around the time I need to take my medicine. The young man that works. The drive-thru cash register is unbelievably nice! We always joke around with him and he is just happy and friendly. I wish I knew his name. They are also the only McDonald’s that has never messed up an order because they read it back to us clearly. We have never been disappointed with this location with food or employees

The best McDonald’s I’ve been to in YEARS. Its rare that I eat fast food. But I’ve found myself going to this McDonald’s more often because the staff is so wonderful
