Ordered on the mobile order 8 min before arrival to get order quicker. When I arrived at the counter I waited abt 5 min bc I was thinking they were finishing it up. But yet, they didn’t even start it. Asked one person they said they will START doing it. 5 more minutes later asked another person and they said they will get started on it bc no one has done so yet. Like why would the first person say ok if it’s false. Then they gave me my order and didn’t give me the happy meal. Asked them. Took them 7 1/2 minutes just to make th happy meal. Then realized that I got medium drinks in stead of large. They just added more ice to make it seem like a large. All the workers there were very bad. DO NOT COME HERE.

I actually like this McDonald’s, food is usually good. But when it comes to mobile or using the app I have to give it a 2. It takes a while for a mobile order, once I even waited over 20mins. But that’s not the issue. The issue is that everything I try to use my app for my rewards I either dont get the item or charged for the item. Every time there is an issue with their system. It was a free large fries, and I get to the window and they tell me it’s not working. I have to pay for it. I have the app, showed them the app, showed them my points went away but I have to pay for the fries. It is not my fault the system is down or not working every time I go there and try to use my code for rewards or points. They never even ask if I’m using my mobile app today so I’m going to just guess that they don’t honor that system at all. I go to this Mcds because when im running late from one job to the next I need something fast and close. Please fix your system or what ever the issue may be.

Arguably one of the worst McDonalds I’ve been to… The line took forever for only 4 cars, pull up to the window and their are kids running behind the counter..
Then give me a 3/4 full drink and these ‘large fries’ that are halfway filled up. Honestly just seems like no one there genuinely gave a crap lol

Extremely loud rap music. Couldn’t hear if you wanted to. This was around 8 pm 2-15-26. Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Dirty tables and floor. Employees not acknowledging customers walking in. It appeared they were having their own party. This location was Military and West Atlantic. Totally ridiculous. Unprofessional . Uber driver said she had complained before about the same thing to the manager and obviously nothing changed.

The staff at this location is very nice!! Especially, Specifically the Hatian lady who took my order. I believe she was the manager as she had on a different shirt and a blue sweater over her clothes. She is one of the people that you need only have 1 single interaction with to know that this person is Very Kind. She had a warm smile as well. I had a bad day and that lady really turned it around just with her kindness and an infectious smile

We order for a simple 5dollar meal and the store was not busy and they made us wait 25min and they didn’t gave us the drink when we asked for the drink they made us wait for another 15mins when I questioned about the customer service they were rude and least bothered about it. Worst McDonald ever?

I went to the McDonald’s on Atlantic and military today. It’s around the corner from my house. I waited in line for 20 minutes. For four cars in front of me. I finally got to the window. I Ordered the two cheeseburger meal and a quarter pounder with cheese meal and a medium fries. I paid for theMeal and put my credit card away and then The guy said oh I thought you wanted the fries separate OK I understand that’s an accidental screwup. No big deal then I get to the Pick up window. The girl gives me a 3/4 full Diet Coke. I asked her to fill it up to the top cause I’m thirsty. She says oh I’ll do it later. I can’t do it now. Can you pull up to the yellow line? I said OK I pull up to the yellow line They serve three cars behind me which takes another 10 minutes. A lady brings out my food I said I need still need my drink filled up and she says oh no we don’t give refills in the drive-through and I said it wasn’t a refill. It wasn’t full to start with and she started to argue with me and I got ticked and left. Well when I get home as usual for this McDonald’s, the french fries are soggy. They’re not hot and I’m missing one fry that I had to pay separate for and now I’m too pissed to drive back to the store to get it which wouldn’t be worth the drive anyway cause it’ll just be soggy like it always is every time I go there. I have to tell them The fries are soggy. I want hot fries. I’m done with the store. I’ve given them many many many chances. They don’t care every once in a while like yesterday, which was October 10, 2025 I got a very nice man in the line but most of the time I get these Rude flat affect ladies that serve you and look at you like They don’t know what you’re saying. This store needs to hire better employees it’s the oldest McDonald’s in the area and I quite honestly don’t know how it stays in business. From now on I’ll drive all the way over to I-95 and. Linton to get my food if I want McDonald’s or maybe I’ll just go to a different restaurant altogether. Sick of paying alot for cold, poor food Qualityand crappy service. It’s just not worth it!

Dear McDonald’s,
I recently visited one of your locations, and I was disappointed with my experience. The service was very slow — the line took a long time, and several customers were visibly frustrated. When I finally got my order, it was missing the sauces I asked for, and I was also given the wrong drink. Overall, I would rate the service about 2 stars.
I hope you can look into this and work on improving the service quality.

This place has the rudest staff. I have ever been to in a McDonald’s and they don’t care. The owner must not carry either. Cause he doesn’t do anything about it. Well, if enough people stop eating at this a disgusting place with a disgusting staff, the manager doesn’t seem to carry either. She just rolls her eyes, look at your reviews.
