Two days ago (11/25/2025) my Family and I wanted to enter this McDonalds at 9:50pm, but the woman said it was closed; only drive thru. I asked why if it said on the door until 11pm? She said it was already closed inside about 3 times, the last time I asked why, then she said because she was alone and she walked away. I saw 2 more people, so she was not alone. There was 6 more girls that also wanted to enter. We left to another McDonalds near by and even saw the other girls arrive as well. My son cried the whole trip getting to the other McDonalds since he wanted the happy meal.
Hope this bad review gets to management and have them know that this was just wrong.

DAMISE provides the worst customer service ever. I ordered a Quarter Pounder close to closing time and she made it with the regular meat because she didn’t want to cook another patty. The only reason to order a Quarter Pounder is because the meat is bigger; with the regular patty it’s basically just a simple cheeseburger.
When I complained, she started screaming hysterically, saying they were already closed and that she wouldn’t make another one. How could it be closed if I was inside the store, and the mistake was hers?
I would have accepted a sincere apology, but instead she was extremely disrespectful, yelling like someone who had no control.

I get to the restaurant first thing in the morning 5.30 when the drive-thru opens. And just to order a sausage biscuit took 10 minutes I’m the very first customer. And this happens multiple times a week. I only come here because it’s right down the street from my job. The woman is nice the manager but something is wrong either they’re not prepared! you can’t order it in the app either until 6am. just again another location with a bad experience. Employees park closest to the front door.

I would give ZERO stars if I coukd. This is the second time I’ve asked for my food well done. The first time the lady manager with dreads took my order. When I looked at my receipt , I mentioned to her that she did NOT put well done. She then stated that the reason she didn’t put well done is because the quarter pounder meat is cooked to order (which it wasn’t ) and the big mack meat was( cold and dry) which is why I originally asked for well done. The 2nd time is today Dec 28th. A young manager on duty with red braids in her hair. Her attitude is so nasty. Myself and another gentleman stood in line for almost 10 mins before she even acknowledged us as guests. She always looks angry like customers are bothering her. She never says ” Your welcome ” after saying thank you. I ordered a double fish WELL DONE and a Quater pounder meal WELL DONE. Again non existent, we got both meals handed cold with nasty attitude. Fries were cold, both sandwiches cold… This really bothers me when you have paying customers that can’t get their food made the way they ask for it to be made. I live across the street so this mcdonalds is convenient, but this will be my last and final visit here. This establishment will NOT get another hard earned dollar of mine. The management here is rude and distasteful, nothing but attitudes and eye rolling… Never again!

On October 10, 2025, I bought a portion of fries at the McDonald’s located at 1205 S Military Trail, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442. The fries were extremely greasy and impossible to eat. I went to the counter to ask for a refund or replacement, but the employee Damize refused to do anything and was rude to me — she didn’t try to find a solution or call a manager.
At the same time, a child (around 8 years old) came out from the kitchen area, which made me very concerned about hygiene and proper procedures.
I’m very disappointed with the service and the lack of resolution. I hope management contacts me to explain what happened. I can provide the receipt and time of purchase if needed.

Ordered food online and went to pick up. Went to second window as instructed and worker yelled at me to never pass the first window. Rude and unacceptable behavior. EDIT: Just realized they completely forgot my pancakes on my HOTCAKES breakfast meal. This place is trash.
