Unfortunately, the experience here was just as frustrating. The service was very slow, and the wait time was far too long for a simple fast-food order. For a place that’s supposed to be quick and efficient, it felt completely unorganized.
Staff didn’t seem in control of the flow, and there was no urgency to move the line faster. If you’re short on time, this location will likely test your patience.
Bottom line: Long waits, poor service, and not the fast experience you’d expect.

There is excellent customer service and experience at this McDonald’s the food is always fresh tastes great and they always give me as many refills as I request. I lIke to come here when I’m on break or taking lunch while im at work and talk to my family while i eat delicious cheese burgers! We like the value meals! I went off the 3.5 rating and didnt read reviews, that was my mistake. Dont go here. The buns were stale. The cheese looked hours old and yet, not melted. No pickle. And they looked like the put the least amount of effort into actually folding up the cheeseburgers as possible.

On February 23 around 2pm I went there with my 2 kids because they were really hungry we decided to eat inside since i thought it was going to be better which end up taking forever.
We went inside, I placed the order through the machine talked to them and waited about 25 minutes. Since I saw it was taking long I talked to the person up front and she was checking on it but I wasn’t getting no answers.
While I was waiting I watched my food sitting there the whole time because I knew what I order.
However I decided to talk to the person in charge with the RED SHIRT when she came to me as soon as I told her about my food being there another costumer randomly start taking to her over me and she just let me there talking by myself. I told her excuse me I been waiting for my food and while we was talking you jump and talk to somebody else. Which is disrespectful.
She got a ATTITUDE, grabbed part of my food, and told me that I don’t have to tell her what to do really mad and walked away from me not giving me he rest of the food. The other employees were there saw what’s going on and didn’t do nothing.
First time this happened to me when working for a customers. You don’t take nothing personal no matter what’s going on you’re working and that’s your job. I’ll never come back again to any other MCDONALD because of what happen I left really pissed and through that food since my sandwich meat was burned as yall can see on the picture. I highly recommend stay away from that place. I used to take my kids to McDonald about to 4 times a week but nah whoever is that person didn’t deserve work for a such great company. She doesn’t even want to give me her name. But not worth it

The McDonald’s website provides inaccurate information regarding their operating hours. While it states that the restaurant is open 24 hours, the drive-through service only accepts orders from Uber Eats and DoorDash after a certain time. This discrepancy is further compounded by the unprofessional manner in which the staff communicates this information.
