The employees are very nice but very few. Like most fast food restaurants they have taken the fast right out of it. Later in the evening when I go for dinner because I drive for Uber the wait time is ridiculous for fast food. Late last night I waited 10-15 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me

My visit to this American McDonald’s was the usual mediocre performance—nothing out of the ordinary, just reliable fast food that gets the job done when you’re in a pinch. The burgers were standard: Big Mac tasted like every other one across the country, fries were crispy enough but cooled off fast, and the nuggets hit that familiar salty craving without any surprises. Service was quick at the drive-thru, which is the one saving grace if you’re stopping at a gas station on a road trip and need something fast to keep the kids quiet. Portions are generous for the low price, and it’s open late, making it a decent pit stop option. However, the drinks are downright terrible—fountain sodas taste watered-down and flat no matter what you order, like they’re straight from a neglected dispenser, so skip those and grab bottled water instead. Overall, it’s fine for what it is: no thrills, no disasters, just classic McDonald’s mediocrity that you’d only choose out of convenience.

Came to McDonald’s with the regular expectations of eating some good burgers and fries left with an absolutely horrible experience. Let me explain. I ordered my food like normal, not expecting much instead when I was handing the food I was extremely surprised by the odd creature in my food bag it appeared to be a baby iguana or other words a green lizard this baby iguana was scattering around andwas extremely malnourished. It almost seemed as though McDonald’s neglected him and did not feed. overall, I’m not sure how this ended up in my food, but all I know is very unsanitary and outright disrespectful will not be coming back to this location ever again.

This is one of the only remaining Corporate McDonald’s left (not franchised). They need to fix the lighting in the restaurant. It is weird and awkward. Nervous environment. If they fixed the lighting, repositioned the light fixtures, it would make it way better. Nice staff, nice music. Just make the atmosphere more harmonious. Period.

I have been to this location way too many times and you know what, I don’t care if someone judges me for it I eat healthy most of the time and still enjoy a McFlurry and a griddle sandwich whenever I want. I’ve only ever done drive thru or curbside pick up, but the food and service have been 99% excellent. It’s very rare that they get my order wrong or give me weird attitudes. Most of the people who work here are super nice and hard working. Most of all, I love that their ice cream machine is always working when I want a McFlurry. So I always get a McFlurry with my breakfast

This McDonalds has the most incredible staff of any restaurant in Delray/ Boynton Beach. Every time we come to the drive through the two young men and young woman who work here in the evenings are the most personable, professional, and kind servers we have met! We frequent here because of them!!!

Had to update this review. I haven’t gone back since this incident until today. Ordered a sausage biscuit with egg, received a sausage and cheese McMuffin. What the hell?!?! Whoever is managing this McDonald is terrible at their job
The slowest drive thru ever. Also, we waited over 20 minutes in front of the window and got this major disparity in fries, waited another 10 minutes for one drink because the manager “couldn’t” stop the mechanical drink maker, we ordered chicken nuggets and got no sauce, and no ketchup with fries. Awful. And this was the manager working the window. AWFUL!!!!
Well unfortunately I had another awful experience at this place. In reading the reviews it seems they do this all the time. It’s pretty pathetic the regional manager does nothing to correct this horrible behavior. I ordered a sausage biscuit and was asked two different times if I ordered a McMuffin (I hate McMuffins) and I say no twice. Of course I get home and what do I have…a McMuffin. I drive back and go to the drive through line and tell Jose the situation and he says, “you said yes twice.” I said, I absolutely did not. He gives me a bag and slams the window in my face. I park and go in and the manager was very unhelpful. Since I wasn’t given a receipt she wasn’t going to reimburse so I open my back account to show her. I ask for the guys name (Jose) and he says, “want me to spell it for you” and the manager and all the employees laugh. They could care less about customer service at this location. They should just turn it into an AI only McDonald’s.

Our first experience with a outdoor McDonald’s play place, and my son loved it. Plus we enjoyed the beautiful weather in Delray beach. The staff here were incredibly nice and after taking our order, two of them went searching for the Christmas train happy meal toys we asked for. Their customer service was great and I watched multiple employees cleaning which gave me good piece of mind(you know some people could care less so this means a lot to me). Also another note I was pleasantly surprised to see workers on their day off coming in to pick up their check but patiently waited behind all of the customers to ask for it That’s shows how polite the entire staff is, customers’ needs come first. Great job all! I hope this helps them get recognition from managers or higher up in the company. Have a Happy New year
