Extremely disappointed by two staff’s behavior. I was there just after 6.30pm today on 10/08/2020 and ordered for a diet drinks (Without Ice) and a large Fries. The Male staff was literally sweeping the plate/box to get some fries. He was barely able to fill the box or cared or bothered to fill it. Second when the female staff was filling up the drink I just reminded about ” NO ICE”. She literally banged the glass and threw the Ice which she put carelessly .I do not understand being in customer service industry for 28 years (a)how these people are trained (b) where is the supervision? (c) will there be any change?

There is no McDonald’s in the food court at Wellington Green Mall. Also, there is no drive thru as it states in Google Maps. If you call the phone number listed on Google Maps, the call doesn’t go thru, and the call drops. Their own website doesn’t show this location as an existing one.
Don’t waste your time looking for this McDonald’s inside the mall. There is now a Popeyes chicken in the same location where the McDonald’s used to be.

This place is NO LONGER here in the Wellington Green Mall food court. They have been closed for over 2 years. There is now a Popeye where the old Macdonalds used to be. There is no drive thru either.

CLOSED The phone number doesn’t go through and there is no drive-thru as shown on maps. When you have difficulty walking, it makes a big difference.

I came in looking for 2 double cheeseburgers no Mustard And fresh off the grill as I always I get when I come to this location unfortunately today the manager that was working in the fry station Inform me that she was short staff and if I want my money back That wouldn’t be a problem or I can call the 1 800 number to make a complaint I can understand the staff problem what I can’t understand is why a manager is working at a station where she’s not able to run the store in a proper manner unFortunately the person in the grill area was alone Unfortunately this story short staff that would explain that is not the 1st time that the stores normally short staff because of the bad service at this store has Unfortunately there is too much competition to do with an organization that is losing profit every single day because of locations not able staff Unfortunately I did not need to call a 1 800 number to voice my opinion what I will do is put this on every single review page I can put it on is well is doing internal survey with the establishment because this is how we resolve issues whenever a customer deals with rude staff and unfortunately this is not the First time

My overall experience with this McDonald’s is pretty bad let’s start with the line. The people working at this McDonald’s could use some signs for better directions we have customers with their 7 children crowded around the register making it hard for people to get through then we have the rude employees with blank and rude expressions Then they get my order wrong I asked for two snack wraps and a medium fries and I was given back one snack wrap and two medium fries. This McDonald’s just needs more friendlier faces it’s intimidating to make an order here.

They definitely need to employee more educated and cleanliness personnel. They also give half or incomplete everything they sell. They always give the customer half for their order especially when they are putting the ice cream and this is very wrong and rude.
