I was very disappointed when I went this evening to order my food. I initially went through the drive-through and they asked me to wait and I waited approximately five minutes and I was saying hello in the intercom. No one came on the intercom so I got off the car to order inside and no one was in the front. Some guy was walking in clocking in and he asked me kindly if I needed help and I said yes can you take my order he took my order And I forgot to order a medium fries so a lady walked by and I asked her if I can add a medium fry to my order and she said no the registers are closed you have to go to the drive-through. I said he just took my order and she said no the registers are closed. You have to go to the drive-through so I said OK but as I was waiting for my food, she closed the register in front of me, she printed receipts from the register and got the money out of the register so instead of taking my order for my fries, She decided to close the register and didn’t want to assist me. This is the same person I had an issue with before she was wearing a black collar shirt. I believe she’s a manager she speaks broken English. She was very rude the last time too, but I never Left any review or I didn’t leave any feedback, but this is the second time she’s been very rude I live down the street and I come here all the time so I didn’t want to make a review about it, but I just think the service there with her as the manager is very bad and she is very unProfessional I have a picture of what she looks like so that I can contact corporate in the morning to let them know what kind of Manager they have running their business.everyone else was very pleasant and always is

I think morning/day shift has new management. There’s a Hispanic woman I always see now ant the window and she is ALWAYS smiling and pleasant, the food is always FRESH and nothing has been missing out of the bag since I’ve seen her there. Shout out to her and the Team, The atmosphere is definitely lighter. Love this!

Drove all the way to this McDonald’s because its the only one open in the area. Theres a sign that says 24 hrs. I put in a mobile order. Theres someone inside actively ignoring me asking at the drive thru if they are open. I had to cancel my order. I wish the lazy bone employee inside could have bare minimum answered me if they were open or anything. Mind you I drove out my way, paid, waited for a minute and could see the person inside as I drove off. I even called the building and I could see them ignoring the phone. Totally unprofessional and very upsetting when you’re hangry with a paid meal having to wait for a refund.

This McDonald’s needs to be shut down and rebuilt from scratch, starting with their staff. They proudly claim to be 24 hours, both online and at the store, but when I pulled up to the drive-through, I was told my order would be ready at 4:15 AM. It is now 4:30 AM, and I have been sitting here like an idiot with no food, no response, no update—NOTHING.
The person working the drive-through window clearly couldn’t care less. The level of unprofessionalism, laziness, and complete disregard for customers is shocking. If you’re not open, SAY YOU’RE NOT OPEN. Don’t hide behind a 24-hour sign while your staff ghosts people sitting at the window.
This is false advertising, terrible customer service, and a pathetic excuse for a business. I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General’s Office, because customers should not have to deal with this level of incompetence.
Do yourselves a favor and fix this mess—your staff, your hours, your communication, all of it.

Horrific service, multiple times drive thru and “system is down” or “we don’t have your mobile order” or we can’t help you. Not just once this is a reoccurring event here at this location. 10/10 not dependable.

From the clear yellow M we all know mcd. Today I had the misfortune to enter the clown dungeon. Greeted by a short Hispanic descendant lady, the line was short but flowed very long with the wait of over 10 mins for two orders. With two digital screens we are all still waiting for our orders to the point that dine in customers rather get there food to go. This establishment is a reflection of the local community being more residents over 50 still inside. With the workers constantly moving cleaning windows and tables, I’m still waiting for an order that the front employee has no clue about. She worked searching for my mobile order. After a 15 mins wait and a brief conversation with the locals I get my order. With the poor signal and language barrier with the staff I found this trip to be so extra I should had just order delivery.

Horrible experience. I was here 01/19/25 around 4 pm with my mom to get two ice cream cones I paid at the touch machine that didn’t print a receipt nor ask me if I wanted one, no biggie until they told us the ice cream was watered down at the time. So we simply wanted a refund. Problem was they needed a receipt and since we didn’t have one the manager had to find it in the system. Instead of refunding us like we asked they delivered us the two watered down cones without asking us again if we wanted them which in the beginning we told them we didn’t, and only a refund. Never said sorry even, I personally work in customer service for 8 years I always apologize and still sometimes get yelled at or threatened nonetheless I’m polite. Ridiculous interaction, also another customer after us was upset over her service.
