My husband and I eat McDonald’s often and we like to collect and use our points. I took off a star because today they charged us for someone else’s order. Luckily we noticed when they tried to hand us drinks that we didn’t ask for. If you are going to have two drive thru lines, you need to be more organized and not mix up the orders. We were worried that we weren’t going to get the correct points but we did. We’ll still be back.

I don’t usually pick McDs for lunch since there are so many mom & pop restaurants available however I heard the McRib was back so I went to get one. It was ok, not as flavorful or tender as years past. Fries were warm salted & crispy BUT container was only half filled. Service was what you expect for a fast food restaurant, they always short you when they’re asked for ketchup.

10:03am more or less 12/29 went to place a order for hot cakes for my daughter through drive thru. Got instant attitude from a lady who was taking my order. Cancelled my order immediately and this place wont see me again. Keep your bad attitude at home

I saw a homeless veteran near this McDonald’s. I figured I could go and give them a hot meal for breakfast.
On the sign board, they had a deal for $2.89 a sandwich and a hash brown. I ordered it. They don’t wanna charge me the $2.89. I said it’s on your sign board. She said it’s been there for a year we can’t change it to order something else
Every single McDonald’s if you want a hot coffee, you could choose French vanilla or one of the other flavors
So I got the coffee without the flavor that I wanted the atmosphere of these people, including the manager was so sad
I would never come back to this McDonald’s again

The only reason I didn’t five star this McDonald’s because the manager at the presenting window got slick out her mouth with me. The gentleman in the back window has awesome customer service skills, very friendly and accurate!
