Had an incredibly long day at work. Got to your McDonald’s at 15 minutes till midnight, with plenty of time before closing. Someone answered the speaker and ask if I was using my mobile app and I said no and then they said get your order number ready. I waited… And waited… And waited. After nearly 10 minutes, I pulled around and saw two of your employees inside. When I looked at them, the employee made a gesture and mouthed we’re closed. Glad to know that you guys close shop whenever you want to. Just another horrible customer service experience. Thanks McDonald’s.

I just stopped by on a weekend at noon, to get coffee and use the restroom. My Capuchino was perfect, and took two minutes to prepare. The restroom was sparkling clean. The entire place looks modern and clean and roomy, see my photos.

Terrible customer service. I asked about the charge on the receipt vs. the actual posted price on the TV Monitors. Manager just looked at it and turned his back and went back to working after the cashier asked him for help. Then didn’t give us ur drink We had to go back in. Asked for a straw. They said they were out of straws. Really. If I was short .30-.49 cents would they give me the food. Some may. But a price posted inside is the price. Look at the receipt pic and the posted price on a spicy chicken sandwich with small fries. It’s their $3 dollar deal that is supposed to be $3.39 but charged more.

They were fast, courteous, my order was correct and loved how they put the little sweetness and straws in an individual tiny bag. This is how a McDonald’s should be operated. The McDonald’s in my town never gets an order correctly.

Unprofessional staff manager ignores you when you ask basic questions about a pick up order and said the orders are not coming through . All the time i was being helpful and actually with the delivery company on the phone they refused to type the order manually, just be helpful if you don’t like your job quit. If you do not know how to work with delivery platforms or resolve a problem with the device please just do not waste our time cause time it’s money and gas it’s expensive.

For the life of me I cannot understand why and you’re in the drive-thru it’s only a possibility of one to two you get up to the window and somebody always says what did you order instead of saying did you get the Big Mac meal or the iced tea obviously there’s only going to be one to two items since there’s only two lanes possibility but it just went through the drive-thru 7:00 she said what did you order and I said big back meal oh did you want not want fries she said I said ma’am Big Mac meal I thought you did hear me okay and then she shuts the window on me instead of smiling and saying I’m sorry or whatever you could see her go over and looks like she’s picking up a Big Mac meal and instead she puts a Big Mac in a bag and hands it to me I said no ma’am Big Mac meal can I have your receipt please and then she takes the receipt like she didn’t believe what I said and goes over there she comes back and shuts the window in my face doesn’t say let me get the manager clueless I I don’t know what’s going on I finally asked her could you get the manager The manager comes over and he looks like a deer in headlights what did you order then he asked me all over again what did I order after I just told her Big back meal can I see your receipt here we go again with the receipt so then I give them the receipt and I’m sitting there and they still say okay let me see where that is It’s only one of two places what’s going on McDonald’s

The person taking care of our order was super kind, efficient, and just overall great. Our fries were fresh with nothing burnt or undercooked. The spicy McChicken sandwich was made just right and the frappe was blended very smoothly. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s.

Still 1 star two years later. My last experience there wasn’t good and now I don’t know if I will be back. Ok if they close at 12 and I arrived with 1car ahead of me only and after they ordered I pulled up to order at 11.
