This mcdonald’s service was terrible… they’re extremely racist…. it was already a small mixed crowd gathered by the time they opened there doors at 6am… the first issue was that they only allowed the two white people inside but me and another African American lady was completely ignored and remained outside for an additional 15 mins… even when it came to ordering my food i had to use the app…. bc the sevice at the counter was awful… and while sitting in the dining area the cashier got into it with other black customers place do some type of sensitivity training here or something.

My husband and I go to this McDonald’s often because we live down the street. For some reason the last two times we went our mobile app codes have not been registering with the McDonald’s when we went through the drive through, however on the app it was showing it was used. Today some lady who took our order said it didn’t work for a discount on our French fries and there’s nothing she can do. We showed her the app which said it was just used and accepted and we would like the matter resolved. We asked for the manager. The lady proceeded to to say Shes the manager even though Shes just a shift lead and said “I can’t do anything”. Both of us have worked in food service with him being a manager before, we know darn well that is a lie and you certainly can do something. However the issue wasn’t just her lack of assistance and customer care, it was her attitude of not giving a crap about our experience or even attempting to assist or resolve the matter. She didn’t even put in the effort, as the “manager” on an issue that is clearly an error on the McDonald’s part not ours. We were not being Karen’s we were being polite. I’m pregnant so I really wanted the discounted fries. Her attitude was poor and her customer care skills are some of the lowest I’ve seen. She did not reflect well on McDonald’s as a company. Needless to say we paid the full price for the fries, whatever, and they ended up coming to us cold and stale :(. I was quite disappointed. There are few things I am able to eat without vomiting due to pregnancy, McDonald’s is actually one of them. I’m very sad about my experience here today. McDonald’s you are a multibillion dollar company and you certainly could have done better. Hire people who care about how they reflect on your company.

I do have a good things to say tho, the lady at the second window who gave us the food was very pleasant and kind. She has a powerful smile and asked us about our day. Thank you, I wish I woulda gotten your name.

This McDonald’s actually sucks so bad. I’ve been coming to his McDonald’s for a while and if you order anything larger than 1 meal, they WILL mess up your order. Almost as if they do it on purpose. I don’t expect much except a correct order. I don’t think I’ve EVER and i genuinely mean ever gotten the correct order from this McDonald’s location. They seriously need to consider management switching and hiring an entire new staff there is absolutely no way anyone can possibly mess up 2 meals. Nothing difficult just all wrong. I will never be giving a single dollar to this location ever again. Terrible.

Let me order breakfast and pay fit it at 10:55am and then made me stand there for 20 minutes to then tell me it’s passed 11am no more breakfast. Then why did you key me order and pay tor it. After another 20 minutes waiting for my refund the manager had the nerve to say it wasn’t her problem!!! She needs to he fired immediately!@

Made my first order ever on Uber Eats today and my Big Mac was missing. Tried contacting Uber Eats and all they say is that they’re working on it. They finally get in contact with me and ask for a picture and I’m like how do I take a picture of a missing item?Now my coworker is left starving and our lunch break is over. Very disappointed in both Uber Eats and McDonald’s. #ubereats #mcdonalds #wearestarving

This McDonald’s is horrible. It says online that they are open 24/7 and the hours posted on the front door say the same, but they are often closed around 1am. I have also come through the drive thru around 11pm or midnight and been told they are closed because they have to count the registers, and sometimes they give no explanation at all. If this location is not truly open 24/7 then the hours should be updated so customers are not wasting their time.

They also have a large sign out front stating it should only take 30 seconds from the time of paying to get your food or your next meal is free, but they have never honored this. Instead they ask customers to back up or pull forward and wait, which feels misleading and like a way to avoid the policy. Overall this location is inconsistent and disappointing

I’m usually pretty patient, but waiting 15 minutes behind two people in the drive thru because they handed the first person the wrong bag. First of all, the person who got the wrong bag walked back through the drive-thru and gave the bag back, and the worker took it back through the window which is a big No-No because the guy already opened the bag to see that his order was wrong! Come on, you’re putting hamburgers and french fries in a bag how hard can that be?

Food was good and fresh.
Service was good except I waited at the counter for 5 minutes on someone to aknowledge that i was standing there- Employees walked by and looked but no one offered to ask what I needed. I finally walked back to my table and waited until someone brought my food out to get into the restroom to wash my hands.
