This is a smaller McDonald’s in a very busy area. We used our rewards app., but didn’t get the reward we expected. The server was very nice though and she was super busy, so it wasn’t that big of a deal.
The atmosphere is what you’d expect for a fast food restaurant.

It’s the staple of America’s fast food restaurant very consistent very well run the people who work their knowledgeable and courteous! It’s my number one go to fast food chain in America I highly recommend it this one in particular does very well and I will continue to go there and everybody will & Grace the french fries are the best of any chain in the planet earth! I particularly like their breakfast menu sausage egg McMuffin is the bomb!

They keep the bathrooms locked. Paying customers have to get them to buzz you into restroom. Waited a ridiculous amount of time just to get them to let me use thrir facilities. Instead of getting breakfast there, I left without buying anything because of this terrible policy. McDonald’s just sucks more and more every day.

We buy McDonald’s pretty regularly. We like breakfast, nuggets. Big Mac, and quarter pounders, and we’ve bought from this store. We will never buy from this store again. Ever. I stopped in and asked a manager to unlock the bathroom. She said it was only for paying customers. My response was, I have an app with thousands of points on it, does that count? She said no. She did, however open the bathroom. Unacceptable response. FYI, I had planned on buying a strawberry shake after I used the bathroom. Fortunately, there’s always another McDonald’s.
I visited the requested McDonalds feedback link. That’s a long form, and I’m not interested in the manager having my details. Thank you for reaching out, but I’m not looking for recompense, and I have nothing to add.

I happened to be in there when they were dealing with an emergency but I couldn’t help but notice that everyone in there was very helpful and it seemed to be a very professionally run McDonald’s in not the greatest of areas. This was refreshing to see so I felt it deserved a five-star review. It’s nice to see employees care about their business!

Take your money to the location on Northlake Blvd because this is THE worst McDonald’s within a 100 mile radius, if not the worst location I’ve ever witnessed. Staff closes the doors early, messing up mobile orders that are picked up at the counter. Always forget something in my order, without fail. Drive through exceptionally long waiting time, average 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches. Everyone please bomb this location with 1 stars so we can get some change, or shut it down, because it’s been this way since I moved to this area in 2012. Sad, really.
UPDATE 4/28/2025:
Tried to give this place another chance, once again they didn’t put the extra sauce that I paid for on my burgers, just like they always do. So for the first time I spoke up and asked for the extra sauce and they gave me 3 extra sauces for 4 sandwiches. Unfortunately the standards of this location have still not improved and will be reported to the better business bureau. if you are in the area it is worth driving 7 extra minutes to go to the 3805 Northlake Blvd location, over there they haven’t gotten my order wrong yet, extra sauces and all.

Had called to give a good review and asked for a manager on the phone but the person I was speaking too acted like they didn’t hear me but responded to everything I was saying when asked for a manager.Not all phone calls are for complaints!Just wanted to let the manger know that the staff is doing wonderful and very helpful.

Unbelievably slow. There were 6 cars in the drive thru and the line didn’t move an inch for 5 minutes. Was the person at the front ordering the entire menu? Maybe. It was so bad 2 cars left the line and that didn’t matter. So I left the line and did curb side pickup. I probably should have waited in line because the app said “2-5 minutes” but that’s a lie. After waiting for about 10 minutes I got up and went inside. Told them “I have a curbside pickup” and the lady at the counter turned around and handed me my bag… Really… It was just sitting there and no one bothered to take it out?
What a horrible location. Maybe they need more employees or something but how can you run a store like that? Absolute insanity.

Two lanes for the drive through, literally everybody ordered and I was stuck waiting. Two cars come and they take their order first then mines. What’s the point of having two damn lanes for.
