I can’t rate the food because the bag it was put into fell apart and all my food hit the ground. Those seem to be new version of bags. The quality is poor.

My 1st tine visiting here our order taker was a MR.DESTIN in the drive thru, he was super professional, nice, polite and even took the extra step to make sure we received the top of line A1 customer service. Beyond polite and outgoing. We order nuggets without knowing there was no barque sauce. But he took it upon himself to see if there was any in the back. He was able to receive some from the truck that was being delivered. Because of his action and being so outgoing, this has become my McDonald’s. No more 45 th or anywhere else. Im coming here. We love MR. DESTIN THE DRIVE THRU MANAGER/ CASHIER HE IS AWESOME. We will see you soon. ❤️

Who ever that heavy set grimace is at this location should get fired. All I wanted was a half and half sweet tea lemonade. Cup looked like straight up sweet tea and she wanna turn up about how the machine preset that way. Blueberry body built lady enjoy your shift.

Alejandra i believe is her name, she works in front pick & choose who she wants to help. i literally come sit & eat at this McDonald’s daily since it’s a 5 minute walk. I have never been greeted, offered help & have always had to get up, stand & wait for a long time for a refill. My food will literally be cold when i finally sit back down. I witness her look at me & walk right pass me to ask other customers sitting down if they need a refill or help multiple times. Yesterday i was standing in line for about 10 mins being patient waiting to order. She made eye contact with me & act like she didn’t see me. When i finally said excuse me she walked up to me with an attitude & stated i need to “Say something” if i want to order.. why else would i be standing in line infront of the cash register??.. Makes me feel like she pick the people she want to help by their looks.. to conclude, the employees are just rude and act bothered when you ask for anything!! Mostly likely won’t be eating here for a while.

“Fast food” that’s McDonald’s. But it took 10 whole ahh minutes for 3 shamrock shakes. This fast food place is slow food. I’ve been to lots of McDonald’s and not once did I have to wait 10 minutes. At least the service make sure the fast food place is clean

The food is usually hot and fresh so no complaints there but you will most definitely get way less fries than the size you ordered. This is like the fifth time it’s happened so I finally made a review as I thought the first few times maybe they’re just having an off day but no. Attached is a large fry pulled straight out of the bag. Might sound silly but hey who wants to be skimped on their fries!?

Will not be returning to this location. At the drive-threw I ordered a meal and asked for water. They charged me .80 for a bottle water. At the window, I had a face-to-face conversation and I made it clear I didn’t want a bottle, then the cash register lady told me she would take the bottle off and add a cup of water, which is free. I left with no receipt provided, and the next day I checked my statement and I was charged for the water. The fact that it’s .80 isn’t what upsets me, its the being lied after having a conversation about it. It’s workers like this that make me happy when I see companies removing people and adding the self-checkout.

The exterior and interior of this McDonald’s is exceptional. I love the new remodel . the management and ownership truly show pride throughout this entire property. The service is as always exception and quick!

I just stopped by on a weekend at noon, to get coffee and use the restroom. My Capuchino was perfect, and took two minutes to prepare. The restroom was sparkling clean. The entire place looks modern and clean and roomy, see my photos.
