This is supposed to be a caramel macchiato and they gave me straight milk with caramel. I asked the lady if she could put a little more coffee in it and she told me no because the coffee is only supposed to go up to a certain amount, so she didn’t want to fix it.

Worst experience ever. I have work early, so I ordered from this location because it showed a 10-minute delivery time. They were open on the Uber app since 3 AM, and I placed my order around 4 AM. After waiting 10–15 minutes, they canceled it. I tried ordering again thinking it was a mistake, but now I had to choose priority and the delivery time changed to 30 minutes.
Then I checked the address here and it turns out they were actually closed. So why didn’t they close their Uber? Such a waste of time. I shouldn’t have ordered here in the first place if they had updated it properly.
Edit: My food arrived after 40 minutes on my second order. My order was just coffee, a sausage biscuit, and pancakes. They put the pancakes vertically and the container wasn’t even fully closed, so the pancake ended up folded.

I’ve been to this location many times over the years. The food is ok. Half the time the food is warm at best and special requests are seldom taken care of properly. The people that work there are generally very nice and the service is usually good.

No human reply, no apology and if you look back on other negative reviews you’ll see this is their trend.
Maybe its not but it feels like the apathetic way this “owner” receives criticism probably overflows to the staff’s performance.
How about it?…maybe not just pass the buck.
Just ordered three breakfast meals.
One with an orange juice that was barely even cool and tasted like it was going sour.
One with a chips ahoy frappe that eas really just a caramel frappe with chips ahoy on top. Im almost certain its supposed to have chips ahoy mixed into the frappe but i was assured by the employee at the window that its only topped and she even asked the manager.
The only drink that looked okay-ish was with the last meal. It was a caramel frappe with a hint of a drizzle of caramel on it.
I shouldve known it wasnt going to be good… It started off with the person taking the order marking up the chips ahoy frappe as a caramel and I repeat3d myself and and and the person taking the payment supposedly fixed the order to make it a chips ahoy frappe.
Ive been to this McDonald’s before and never really had any issuues but today wasnt very good at all.

I just got back home from getting my mobile order from the drive thru. I ordered a 10 peace meal and the forgot my drink and I ordered an apple pie and there’s a LITERAL bite taken from it and the back looks like it’s been picked at. I’ve called 6 times and no one’s answered the phone

Went thru the drive thru today around 1820 and Kayla was taking my order via the intercom. After everything I order (only 2 meals and 2 guava and cheese pies) her response was “That’s it?” Very rude and dismissive. At the window I asked the attendant Mercedes for her name; she said I think it Kay but I’m not sure; I asked her to please confirm. She brought Kayla to the window and when I asked Kayla for her name, she scoffed, rolled her eyes and walked away. Horrible service. Manager Kevin came to the window and apologized for the behavior; I’ sorry for him he has to deal with that. Seriously terrible, terrible service.

Placed online order for a breakfast sandwich, the triple breakfast stack. What I got is insane. No English muffin but hamburger bread, it has bacon, egg, sausage and cheese but they decided to add onions, pickles, and ketchup. I called and called to get this corrected no answer.
