Believe what you read here, choose a different location! The food is old and management is disrespectful, Cecilia and Ms.V, were the managers on duty. I stopped here this morning to only get to work, the hash brown was over cooked and the egg McMuffin was made poorly. I called to make a complaint about the food only to be hung up on by Cecilia instead of her asking how she could fix my issue she literally fussed with me as if we were in a feuding match and then disconnects the call. I called back only to get a manager by the name of Ms. V and she was no better. Word of advice if you don’t have satisfied customers your business will not flourish. McDonald’s please invest in better employees. I refuse to ever go back to this location even if it is convenient. I would rather drive to the location on Federal Highway, that one is much cleaner anyways. I’m not spending my money anywhere it’s not appreciated. I told Ms. V, is it, that I would be making a complaint to the corporate office and she said, go right ahead. After, refusing to give me the store number.
Ms. V, just so you know I will be making that complaint first thing this morning. For you to be a manager, you acted very disrespectful, lead by example and your employees will follow.
Stay clear of this location, I wish I could leave no stars, they don’t even deserve the one star given.

It’s McDonald’s. Stopped in for breakfast while my car was being serviced. It was not crowded. Egg McMuffin was as expected. Coffee was fresh. This place felt like it needs a refresh. I haven’t been to a McDonald’s for years. I doubt I’ll be back soon

McDonald’s is a rip off now. Used to be great but now 12-14 for a meal. Rip off. 5 a shake. Come on. No more for me and I know a lot of people feel the same.

I come here quite often. It is usually good and it’s clean but they could use an attitude adjustment. This one manager was on me yesterday and today she never even made eye contact. She never smiled. She acted like it is totally revolting having to wait on a customer.. come here if you want decent food but if you’re looking for welcome to McDonald’s, how may I help you ? You might want to try another McDonald’s I’m here again Same manager cashier, no iContact no intrapersonal skills. She only wants to talk to Spanish people and they were having such a good time and I mattered very little to them if it all. It’s terrible to think people are looking for jobs, and these people are taking their jobs for granted because they know they will not be able to Accountable for bad service!

I had to give this restaurant five stars mainly because of the customer service. Sadly I don’t know the lady name that assisted me but I was in the drive thru at 3 o’clock in the morning on Thursday September 25th and I had a really bad cough and the lady at the window heard me coughing and gave me a complimentary iced tea which I am very grateful for as I was really sick and had nothing to drink but a soda which was making my cough worse. Thank you to the lady in the drive thru. I wish I knew your name.
