The food is typical McDonald’s. The main issue is service – even if you make order to the table – they will not bring tray to you. No napkins. Overall tables dirty ( it is not that crowded that you don’t have time to wipe them )

I ordered a hotcakes & bacon and a big breakfast. Both breakfasts came with only 1 bacon. After requesting the second piece as you see on the site. They stated ” only 1 bacon comes with the big heakfast”. When questioning, she said… “that is the rule” it says so on the website. See attached regarding bacon servings.

I waited 30 minutes to place an order and waited an additional 20 minutes for it.
The team members are not hospitable and the manager.couldn’t care any less.
I encourage the owner of this franchise or the general manager to do a secret shop visit anytime after 6:30 PM And you will see that this location is consistently under performing.

This is honestly the best mMcDonald’s that I have ever been too. The stuff made food very quick, and they even included extra things and they were really nice. The bathroom is really clean and I really appreciate that there was no passcode on it!

The cocky kid with the brown hair and big blue eyes was too busy flirting with a trainee (since I saw a worker next to him, guessing that’s what she is) instead of hurrying up and giving me my change. “Do I look good or no? Hehehee” really? It got to the point I actually started driving off without even getting my change because it was getting ridiculous. Writing reviews/reports on people is not something I like to do, but he’s not that nice in the first place since I’ve seen him and this was the last straw for me. Do these things on your own time. In terms of service, when it’s not busy they don’t take too long and the fries are always hot. That’s the only good thing I can say….

Friday 2 pm. We had to leave after 28 minutes of not receiving the order. Following Sunday 11 am 22 minutes to get the order of a number 2 with coffee. Is that the new “standard” ? Most probably not coming back ? Don’t you hire managers (real, or just the blue shirt) at this location?

Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and they never gave us our food. Workers doing nothing inside lady was walking out of the office and back for no reason. They need to hire better people

I placed a pickup order via drive through at 10:11 am for a single McGriddle, and when I arrived to the location ~10:29 am the associate at the loudspeaker mentioned that it was refunded and breakfast was already over for them. That being said, when I asked if they had any of the materials for the mcgriddle left from the single minute breakfast was over, she asked her manager and said they did and could make it for me. The associate who helped me was named was Sofia and she was very patient and understanding! 🙂

Service is horrible here. Manager shouting on the employees left and right… we ordered shakes and came like a watery shake… will avoid this McDonald location and go to the one at Weston Road.
