They can never get an order correct and always rush you out of the drive thru window, acting like checking it for one second is a waste of their time. Too busy not focused on work and fooling around rather than doing a simple job of expoing correctly. It’s not hard.
Good thing is the one on 441 is an extra minute away from me but at least my order comes out correct and the staff over there are on it otherwise.

So when I do go to this Mc. Donald’s the food is pretty good. Nicely hot and ready to eat down to the fries. But two days ago when all I got were fries, they tasted as if they’d been fried twice and then sat to sit for a while and then put in a microwave to reheat and given to me to eat. It didn’t taste like it usually does but it was just that one time so we’ll see what happens next time. And inside @night isn’t the cleanest.

Horrible service, placed the oder thru the App and waited inside the restaurant for more than 30 min… they removed ALL condiments from the customer area, now you have to request napkins, ketchup and everything else… of course only if you are willing to wait another 30 min…

Not only did they take forever but they gave me the wrong item. I ordered a steak egg and cheese
Bagel and got sausage bagel instead. That’s not even on the menu! If I come to this location 10 times then 5 out of 10 times something is wrong with the order. And I order off the app so I don’t understand how things could get misunderstood…

I would like to say that there has been a complete turnaround at this McDonald’s. Based on today’s visit, the manager, Tracey, is extremely professional, well-mannered, and attentive. I have been coming to this location for many years, and the change under her leadership is very noticeable and refreshing. Customer service has greatly improved, and it truly makes a difference. Keep up the great work.

Terrible customer service. Arrived 15 minutes prior to 4 am. Was told system was rebooting and it would take around 10 minutes. Decided to wait at the order speaker. Employee stated that i should move my vehicle since they are closed. Manager came out and stated the same thing saying it would take longer. I decided to wait and the manager thought it would be a great idea to call the police for me waiting at the speaker to order. They came and went as nothing transpired. Terrible management.

This location has managers with attitudes that are unwarranted, and those same managers customer service skills are completely lacking.
