To the manager who served my family at the drive‑thru on 02/25/2026 at 9:00pm. Our experience was extremely disappointing. The food was poorly prepared, the attitude we received was unprofessional, and the overall service made what should have been a quick, simple stop feel frustrating. If you are looking for a reliable fast‑food option, I’d recommend choosing another restaurant before this one.

I ordered through the app and when i got to the speaker to give my mobile order code no one answered after many ‘hello’s’ finally someone answers and i give my code. They tell me to move up. The car in front of me was at the first window laughing and having conversation with the guy at the register. After their extensive conversation was over i pulled up and the guy didn’t even look in my direction. I had to ask for my receipt in which he asked if it was for the mobile order and I confirmed he told me to go to the next window without giving me my receipt. I go to the next window and the car infront of me is again laughing and making conversation with the person at the window. They passed them many bags of food and a tray of beverages and even an ice cream cone. The person in the car in front of me checked the food and proceeded to exchange some burgers with the person at the window. After a looong wait it was finally my turn. I get to the window and the person asked me what my order was and i said the mobile order with the happy meal. The employee informed me that there was no mobile order with those items. Another employee came to the window and asked for my code again. I went back into the app and couldn’t find it. I ended up leaving with no food and a $20 loss. This is not the first time ive had issues with this particular location. All in all, do better.

I was asked to pull to the curb and wait for my order which is fine, but the lady, who I believe was the manager, that brought it out was extremely rude. When I tried to get her attention to explain I was missing an item she cut me off and told me to have a goodnight and shut the door in my face. The lady who took my order was very nice but the other lady was very unprofessional and rude.

Disappointed by the lack of care over a simple order
I went through the drive-thru and ordered a drink and an ice cream cone for my husband. The order was repeated back correctly, and I confirmed it. But when I got to the window, I was handed a plain cup of ice cream instead of a cone. I never asked for a cup.
I politely mentioned the mistake, but no one offered to check the receipt. Even if they had, it wouldn’t have helped much—the receipt was incorrect and printed so faintly it was barely readable. It listed a hot fudge sundae instead of a cone, so I was likely overcharged. I wasn’t going to argue over a few cents, but the lack of care was frustrating.
They did make a cone, but it looked rushed and thrown together. The woman at the window was kind, which I appreciated. Still, the overall experience showed a lack of attention and care from the start.
It’s disappointing when a simple order turns into a hassle. A little courtesy and attention to detail would’ve made all the difference.

The whole point of using the mobile app is for efficiency and faster service. Its been already 2 times i come to this McDonald with my order already made; they make you go to a spot for no reason and when you ask something to the person they walk away. I was asking about condiments that if i had to go back inside she said yes. But i had to literally scream because she was already walking back. Very disrespectful and with an attitude! I will not be buying anything from this specific McDonalds every again!

I went to the drive-thru because I wanted to order food, but the girl was in a hurry, very rude, and didn’t explain anything about the food or give me any options. I almost never eat at McDonald’s, and today I was craving something, so with her attitude, she told me to go to window 1. I decided it was better to leave and not buy anything.12/15 -3pm

Since installing the self serve order stands, the staff inside literally ignores you. No greeting, no sense of urgency or want to help.
If you order a meal deal, 5 or 6 bucks, they dont ask if you want medium/large they just upgrade you and charge you for it. No reciept given, ever. Burger patty was chewy to the point i had to spit it out and throw the rest out. Very disappointed
