The staff is amazing, I been going there for 1 year and never had a problem with the drive though staff or the ones inside the store. The only problem I had in this store was with the manager. I went to buy a Tiny Tan happy meal, the moment I asked him about the toys he started with an attitude, he told me that they only had 3 type of toys and I wasn’t getting the 3 of them. I told him it was okay and order 3, he gave me the same toy on purpose. If you work on costumer service you have to be polite and don’t take it on the costumer. Is not my fault you had a rough day and they don’t pay you enough. I was polite and I expect you to be polite too.

Last location I would recommend.
We ordered two McDoubles and Cheeseburger. All three sandwiches had no onions. We received two drinks, Dr Pepper and Orange Fanta sodas that tasted like carbonated water.
My wife and I always have poor service and food quality at this location. Go to another location now to avoid this local Tamarac McDonald’s.
I contacted customer service and they just apologized. They said they would inform the restaurant of our food quality, but this is an on going issue.
The staff at this location fail to make fresh food. Our orders are always messed up in some way or form.
I raised concern about my food in the past during lunch hours and the manager didn’t seem to care about my opinion. I raise concern with customer service and seems to be the same reply “they always try there best or we will inform the staff”.

I just left this McDonald’s and was completely unable to order through the drive thru. We waited 25 minutes and no one came to the intercom. We drive through and no one is at the cashier first window. We wait 2 minutes someone shows up and she completely ignores us. We drive around and try to go inside and the doors are locked. I’m pregnant and literally just wanted an iced water. Ridiculous.

I normally do not give reviews on Fast Food Restaurants like McDonalds, KFC, Checkers etc. This is the only time ill give a review. I decided not to cook today and saw the advertisement of the chicken sandwiches that McDonalds is promoting and went to try it. This was a total failure! The only Good thing about my encounter was the Excellent Customer Service that I received from the Drive Thru Cashier. This is not the first time that i have had an issue with this particular McDonalds, the last time was in January i went to order a Moca Frappe and I had gotten a Moca Frappe watered down. But anyways i digressed, my Spicy Chicken Sandwich looked like nothing that was advertised on television (now i know that my Sandwich is not going to look exactly like the advertisement) smh, im going to let you judge for yourself. Im so disappointed with this sandwich. Such a failure. AND IT WAS NOT SPICY!!!

They know what the problem with this place is, it always has new people, it’s not like the old days where hard-working people worked with all their five senses, now with technology everyone is on their phone, totally distracted, a disaster, especially this place, all the time I order or pick up food, something is always missing, they always give me the wrong order, they don’t have a consistent system, they don’t have good communication, the manager has no control over the employees, it’s totally a disaster, many times the fries are old and reheated. The company needs to be something immediately because I don’t think it’s the only place that has problems and many times the wait is very long, where you realize customers spend gas, the longer they wait for food, it’s a quick process as long as the employees do things correctly and there is good communication with the manager. everything should go very well.

It seemed that they were out of everything! My caramel sundae was served in a small drink cup! My quarter pounder with cheese was served with minced onions instead of shaved onions! When I questioned, they added the shaved onions on top of the minced onions! Now, I have an onion sandwich instead of a quarter pounder. My fried were cooked and served well done for the 2nd time! The 1st fries were short (end of the bag), very crispy, and not fresh. When ai got the 2nd box, it wasnt any better. Only my drink was correct for over $9.00 paid!

Just came though drive through ordered some food for me and my family and they gave us old food. Fries double dipped to the point it was burn and hard, nuggets for my son hard and my fish sandwich was hard and reheated up smh this is just nasty and make no sense. I was treated for nasty by Danny whom was working at the drive thru window. I placed my order stating no salt on the fries. My daughter cannot have salt. I confirm with the young man whom took the order. The receipt stated french fries no salt. Danny had given me my food no ice in my soda. I asked can I please have ice. Upon checking the french fries they had salt on them. So I asked Danny for the manager. The manager was very apologetic about the situation. The manager told me he had a batch of fries that were almost ready. He will make sure I get some without salt. So as I am sitting in the drive thru waiting I asked Danny my I have my soda. As I was speaking to Danny he closes the window in screams through the close window the manager will give it to me. The soda was sitting on the counter next to Danny. I told the manager how I was treated by Danny as I was telling the manager about what occurred. Danny was in the back ground being very rude and disrespectful. The manager witness this. He stated he will talk to Danny. I feel I was stereotyped and handle very nasty because of my race. I will have my firm file a complaint with corporate.

I live right behind this location and stopped going there awhile ago. Use to go 2-3 times a week for breakfast and was always kept waiting even if not busy.
Slow…slow .. SLOW!
Fast food my starving ass! Go in for breakfast, lucky to get food by lunch. Exaggerating of course, but they have the infamous two speeds, slow and slower.
Let’s face it, most fast food employees have the attitude that they’re doing the manager a favor just for showing up and we, the customer, should be thrilled and honored that they finally put their phone down or stopped joking with coworker to acknowledge our presence.
What’s worse is they keep this place so cold you can’t enjoy your food. Usually condensation on windows, no matter what time of the day. Friend and I had leave it was so uncomfortable.
Many employees walking around in jackets. I once checked the thermostat by the door, was in the 60’s I believe. When I complained to an employee ( also wearing a jacket) she said she knows and gets complaints but the manager wants it this cold.
I firmly believe they keep it this cold so the customers stay for as little time as possible.
Judging by recent reviews, this place hasn’t changed at all since I was there.
What a shame that a loyal patron has to drive 3-4 miles out of my way to find a more enjoyable experience.
At these prices you’d think they would give better customer service.
I was raised to believe that no matter what your job, do the very best you can and have pride in what you do.
Unfortunately in this world where MANY, not all, of the younger generation, is all about me me ME!
Not only does the customer suffer, but so does those types of individuals. They will never be able to fully function and contribute to the reality of the real world.
It’s tragic to what’s happened to most of work ethics of our country.
