Just waited 20 mins in line and got home to have the most disgusting chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. The chicken was so hard you couldn’t bite it or tear it apart. Didn’t eat it because it seemed foreign, like plastic chicken or something. Entirely gross. Not to mention it was thrown in the box with all pieces coming out, lettuce and GREEN tomatoes not even on the sandwich. Never going to this location ever again.

This particular store is probably the worst run McDonald’s in the history of all McDonalds. There is always issues. They run out of basic stuff. Their service sucks and they frequently get your orders wrong. The icing on the cake is that last time they gave a double cheeseburger without the patties. I will try my hardest to never set foot in that store again. They should sell it to someone that can manage properly

Service at this location is good. The people that work there are good. The management sucks. Every time I go at night, there is never any ice cream. Don’t they know they’re supposed to provide a full menu while they’re open? The kids that worked there were very polite and handled it very well, but it’s very disappointing

Horrible service , the girl closed the window on me immediately after giving me my food and i couldn’t asked for napkins . Apparently she was mad because a customer before me told her off for the horrible service and the 25 minute wait . Not even does an actual dine in restaurant make you wait that long . Neverrrrrr going here again . And this isn’t the first nor second time this happens to me.

This place is horrible!!! Staff tells you the dining room is closed till 5 pm. The signs all say 6 am to 10 pm. Corporate needs to come in here and clean the staff up. I know they would not approve of people being turned away to sit in the dining room.

Who and where is the manager ? How is this store even allowed to operate after hours….
I experienced this around 9 30pm. This place straight up steals your money . You ask for a large they give you a medium or small, of course after waiting 35 minutes on a drive thru line with 3 cars you aren’t gonna ask for you money back because now you would have wasted your money and your time…
My first experience was horrible but I decided to give this place a second chance, which now, I greatly regret.
Cashier was rude and nasty not only to me but to the little polite children ordering before me. I decided to take a picture since he wouldn’t stop mean mugging me after I called him out on his rude behavior and poor customer service.
You all be the judge, what a friendly face ! Who knows this guy probably is part of management… Wouldn’t surprise me at this point.
I seriously hope Management finally decides to show up for work and take action on these lazy employees.

Really bad service. A guy was going ti help me with the cancellation of my order and I believe the manager was the woman who treated me really badly. She screamed at the man and then yelled at me instead of helping.
