My coworkers and I come to this McDonald’s a lot for coffee and breakfast items and always get great service from Yainiz, Anelsis and some other staff who are new and unfortunately I don’t know their name… Always smiling and friendly.

I went to the drive through ( 12198 SW 117 Ave.) this morning (10:10AM) only to be belittled by the lady in the drive through window (this is not the first time this lady was unplesent to me). I drove up and she said she could not understand what Iwas saying ans asked me to drive up face to face. So I drove up and showed her my phone to order the 2 of the breakast meals. she told me she doesnt read the phone. Again I told her I wanted 2 of the #2 value meals, she then asked me what I want as the drinks I told her coffee, that when she started mimicing me ans say im sorry you so sick and and held her neck and made face at it…. I’m sorry that was the last straw for me…. I’ve never compained about this location becasue the our ladies have always taken my order with out a problem… as customer at this location for 10 years. I refuce to go back… I drovee to another loaction and got my order with a smile…If need to go to Mcdonals in the future I will no longer go to this location… Nina

I came to this McDonald’s to order a McCryspy Meal Deluxe medium, but for some reason I got the buns and chicken, no lettuce, no tomato, mayonnaise, just plain, employees need to pay more attention to detail, and not be in a hurry.

Most overpriced McDonald’s in the area drive 5 minutes down to the next McDonald’s and you’re able to save $7+ on the same order. However whenever you order from here the food is usually always fresh and they don’t mess up your order

This McDonald’s located in Kendall is at the intersection of S.W. 117 Ave. & S.W. 122 St. The area that this store is located is bordered by heavy traffic and because it is at an intersection, it is very accessible. The restaurant is relatively new with walk-in and drive-thru service. The staff is very reliable and attentive to your requests. JE.

Every time I come here it’s the same thing with the drive thru. I have never gotten my order at the window. It’s always pull over to the other side and wait by the door. It’s annoying.

I’ve never had any issues here. I go here all the time, specifically because they have charging stations for my car. Sometimes the managers are parked in the spots but if you ask them they move it, no problem.
