They charged me for an extra hash brown that I did not request, I asked for a $5 meal. When I brought up the concern to the window they said ALL SALES ARE FINAL and would not refund me my money. I was literally robbed from an institution that makes millions. I have never heard of a restaurant that did not right their wrongs. When I asked to speak to the manager the lady said she was the morning shift manager and showed me on the receipt that all sales are final. Very unprofessional and will not be retuning.

The most disrespectful staff I have ever come across. You can tell they do not care. The will completely ignore you. Forget getting an Uber eats or any order like that. I wonder if the owners know how these employees act on a regular basis?

Asked cashier for key to restroom to wash my hands .I was told restroom is for paying customers. I told the cashier I am a paying customer. She said she was going to get the key. She came back and said she couldn’t find the key. I just got off from work and wanted some fast food ,this was the outcome. My co-worker and I walked out.

EDIT 6 months later: I entered as a delivery driver, I held my phone screen facing the staff members, the female employee did not say a single word to me, but greeted the guy who was sitting down in a chair about 5 feet behind me. This employee looked at me about 4 times and never said a word to me. She wasted about 8 minutes of my time as I stood there waiting to retrieve the 1 frappe drink. POOR workmanship. Not attentive. This happened February 1, 2026 around 6:10P.M.

I ordered a combo, came to work, opened the package and there was an old fries in oil and a piece of chicken fried to a black crust. It’s not good to sell a bad product. But one plus is changed quickly when I brought them back. and not all staff speak english.

The cashier was on bad mood not even smile at the customer. (Us) Well we order 2 breakfast combos and 2 extra hash browns. Well 2 hash brown was missing They give the order wrong and when we tell them they lie and say that the put it . On top of that they start to screaming on us . I got nervous and smile at the situation and the one who was at the window starting screening say that I can’t smile with a nasty actitud . We left . I will NEVER WILL COME BACK THERE . VERY NASTY COSTUMER SERVICE
