tonight went to get some cheeseburgers at 3 am, they said they were only doing DoorDash and uber orders even though the McDonald’s app let me place the order. Staff argued with me “why are you doing this to me” and insisted I cancel my order..

Sitting in the car at the drive thru currently 6:41am. I got in line with 2 cars in front me to order at the speaker and it’s been 11 mins since I’ve trying to just order at the speaker. I’ll most likely be here 20-30 min at the drive to get my simple 2 item order. This is ridiculous. This is every week btw. I hate coming here but I come here cause it’s next to my daughter daycare and she always ask for a hash brown. You need more staff or a better staff. Jesus Christ

i absolutely HATE to sound like a Karen, but I came tonight on 11/24/25 around 9:15 pm, and got like a meal and an ice cream sundae. I asked for extra hot fudge and then caramel. The guy who took our order was nice and patient. The girl who gave us the food was not. I asked if she could possibly add some more caramel and she goes “No.” Not even a “I’m sorry, I can’t do that” or a “Yes, but it’ll cost more”. I would’ve been fine with either. She said no to my mom who asked sweetly, and when my mom asked “No?”, the girl doubled down and said no again. My mom was going to pay for more, I told her not to worry about it. Then, thankful that the fries were tasting great, I found a hair in my fries, and then another hair in my nuggets. Immediately was grossed out. I don’t ever write reviews in general of anywhere, nor bad ones, but this was disgusting. Bad attitude and bad kitchen hygiene.

I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s.
I waited in line from approximately 12:30 AM until 1:00 AM. After finally placing my order, I ordered a Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal. I picked up the order and went straight home. I live very close to this McDonald’s, so it took less than two minutes to get home.
When I opened the burger, it was completely cold. The bun felt frozen, and the meat tasted not fresh at all. This was extremely disappointing, especially after such a long wait.
I immediately returned to the restaurant to ask about the issue. Instead of helping, the manager who took my order started yelling at me and told me to get back in line and wait again. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially when the problem was clearly the restaurant’s fault.
This is not the first time I’ve experienced rude and disrespectful service at this location. Because of this, I do not recommend this McDonald’s. The quality of food and the attitude of the staff are consistently poor.

The staff here are unnecessarily rude and nasty for no reason. It’s like they intentionally go out of their way to be as rude as possible no matter how kind and considerate you try to be. Put in a pick up order for my son and waited for over 45 minutes. When I asked for an update they just intentionally ignored me and refused to acknowledge me. Ended up walking out without the food and didn’t even bother getting a refund. The place isn’t worth the headache.

Came to the drive through at 1:20am on 09/08/2024 and this lady messed up my order when giving it to me, I was driving through the drive through when I realised it’s messed up, so I reversed back to the window and told her and she replied “you have to go around” there was a 7-8 car line…. In addition she have me 70% full coke, I don’t know how that happens. Very unsual behaviour as I work in customer service myself so I know treating a customer disregarding them like this is a decision. Do better.

Really guys? Was it so hard to put an order together that has the matching number and time on the ticket? I ordered mobile. The supervisor on shift should be double checking mobiles. I received a meal put together by three separate orders… All that were probably sitting there. Different times. They were so lazy they left the tickets on the burgers, so they didn’t even try to cover the mistake.
I recieved a MIXTURE of two drive thru orders placed at 00:38am (order 1211 DT #11 December 18th), one placed at 19:27pm ( order 1664 KS # 16 , December 17th), and one placed at 00:04 am ( order 1698 KS # 16, December 18th).
I know reviews can be annoying. Especially ones that are over little things (I work fast food myself) but this type of mistake is just pure disregard to food and safety along with just our right being nasty and immoral. You don’t just bash together random burgers and pass it out.
Very disappointed, hope a district can see this. Photos provided as proof to the bafoonary. Mind you, again, this was a MOBILE Uber order picked up via DT. Not an order placed inside or through the drive thru itself. So purely staff.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. The person who took my order was not only rude, but he dropped my change on the ground and just stared at me like I was supposed to somehow open my car door and fetch the change that he dropped. To make matters worse when I asked to speak to her manager, I was given even more attitude by the manager who refused to tell me her first night. Of course she didn’t wear a name tag. She said she didn’t feel like wearing it that day.. it’s no wonder the employees are horrible here, the managers are the problem, obviously. Needless to say, I will not return here. To him who has an ear, that in here.

This place is way too slow for fast food. I’m sitting in line as I type this and there are probably 8 cars in front of me and it’s taking about 10 minutes for them to service each car.

The service was fast, the cashier was polite, but the food was not what I expected. I ordered the Daily Double with no onions and the cook or sandwich maker was stingy with the toppings. My sandwich only had one small leaf of lettuce. Toppings proportions should go hand and hand with the bun and meat. This was a very disappointing meal.
