I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at this McDonald’s. I waited 30 minutes for an order that was literally already made and sitting there. I politely asked twice about my order, and instead of helping, the employee named Danielle told me she had a “bigger order” and that I’d just have to wait — as if my time didn’t matter at all.
Completely unacceptable. If my food is already ready, why am I standing around for half an hour while it gets cold? There was zero urgency, zero accountability, and zero respect. Danielle’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and she made it very clear that she didn’t care about helping customers in a timely manner.
Fast food is supposed to be fast — not a test of patience while employees ignore you. This experience alone is enough to make me never come back to this location. Management seriously needs to step in, because this level of service is embarrassing.

I like the kiosk at McDonald’s. They allow you to customize your order. I added extra cheese to both the big breakfast and the steak egg and cheese bagel. The meals cooked here look good . I ordered the bagel without the bread. But the service fast fast here overall good

It’s why do I have to go up to the counter and ask for someone to open the restroom people this is not Cuba or a third world country. Where you need to pay to go to the public restroom. They said were closed, it was 7:50 PM and online it said they closed at 11:00 PM indoors and 12:00AM drive through. Super unprofessional and honestly disappointing, Mcdonald’s customer service has gone down.

I want to congratulate you for giving me the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. I worked there for 3 years, so let’s begin. This was part of my usual routine picking up my daughter. My wife, who also picks her up sometimes, had already told me she avoids that location because of the terrible service. I decided to give it a chance anyway, since my daughter loves McDonald’s.
The order was a disaster — everything was wrong. They added items I didn’t ask for. The attitude of the women handing out the food was awful, rude. When I asked for sauce, one of them slammed the window in my face. It was a large order: 3 combos and extra fries, all crammed into one bag. I had to park and check the order, only to find it was still wrong. I went inside, and another woman told me the McChicken combo didn’t exist — even though I took orders for three years myself. On top of that, she claimed that two wraps cost more than two 4-piece nugget boxes. A mango and pineapple smoothie, and a breaded chicken sandwich — they overcharged me. They literally robbed me to my face.
This will be the last time I ever visit that location. My advice to anyone reading this: there are plenty of other McDonald’s in the city. Don’t start or end your day with a bad experience. Avoid this one.

I needed to use the bathroom bad but it was locked. I went to ask Marta Perez for the key and she asked “are you going to order food?” Implying I need to order to use it. I said yes . She then unlocked the bathroom for me. But when I go to order I can’t order. Marta explains it’s because her Internet is down. That’s wild. All because I had to pee. Crazy.

The girl with black hair that was serving and putting the food in the bags on September 3, 2025, the shift of 21:30. She was kind and funny, a really good employee if you ask me. Great place too, the best McDonald around this area.

This establishment cause my divorce. The moment I decided to go there was the moment that my life downhill. It was about 9:00 pm on a Tuesday, I was accompanied with my wife and my daughter, we decided to stop there because we were dead tired and really didn’t have the energy to cook. We SPENT 1 hour in the drive thru, I wanted to escape but the place was designed so bad I couldn’t move my car I had to wait, the people around the establishment were not the best kind to say the least, I don’t know how the manager doesn’t do anything about, but they were making us uncomfortable, after waiting for one hour a rude employee asked us for our order, I had a bic mac and got a nugget happy meal for my daughter (my wife had lost her appetite already), I paid cash and he said he didn’t have change so he gave me old 3 cookies instead, the air in my car was really tense we just wanted to get the food and leave, we finally got the food and left, when my daughter opens her happy meal she found a HOT DOG instead of nuggets, I didn’t even know they sell those, she cried the whole way to the house which made it worse for my wife. When I got home tired and ready to eat my bic mac it was the worse one that I’ve seen in my life, a money could’ve done it better. I never felt so humiliated in my life, and wife lost all respect for me that night. The next day she took my daughter and filed for divorce because “she couldn’t be with a man that gets used to mop the floor”. Think twice before going to this location.
